I purchased this along with the matching credenza and executive desk. Overall very satisified with my purchase. The product was ordered on line and delivered to the store in a timely manner. Well packaged and no damage to the items. The box for this desk is heavy - took 2 people to unload. When your order is confirmed the email tells you the dimensions of the packaging and weight so I knew it would fit easily in the back of my truck. Assembly is fairly easy compared with the credenza and desk, but if you're handy and can follow instructions and work through it methodically, it takes about 2 hours to assemble. I had already assembled the desk and credenza so this was the easier of the three to do. You must follow each step and make sure you use the right screws. Unfortunately the screws and some of the hardware come mixed together so it took me about 15 minutes to just organize all the screws etc by size (highly recommended). There were no missing parts with all three sets and you get exactly the amount of screws and hardware you need. It feels solid and looks a lot more expensive than it is. The only down side is the finish can easily scratch or get nicked so not recommended for heavy duty usage. It also means you need to be incredibly careful while assembling. I recommend assembling on a carpeted area. I've had the set assembled for just under a week and am very satisifed!

A nice addition to the hutch that looks classy

Fairly simple to put together.    No missing pieces.   The only thing to remember is that this hutch must be attached to a desk for stability.   That was the only tricky part of completing it.    You will need help to set this on the desk before attaching it - it is too heavy and awkward for one person.

Looks great after finishing the installation.   Plenty of storage room.

I bought the desk a while back and I got the Hutch as a gift.  I am really happy with it!  I would recommend this product. I love the way can hide my wiring in the sides too.

Sauder Palliadia Hutch

Over the years I have owned many Sauder products.
Sewing Table and Hutch, Entertainment Center and the Computer Hutch that closes completely which I am replacing with this Credenza & Hutch that better suit my needs now.
The only advice I would like to give anyone that is buying this hutch is -
When attaching the Crown molding do Not tighten the metal corner supports till you have checked the alignment of the side pieces.
Tightening the metal corner supports too soon can cause the corner to separate.
The only thing I would have liked more, is if they had a file draw in the Credenza instead of two cabinet doors with an adjust able shelf.

The HUTCH is very nice but over priced for simply the hutch! The assembly directs you to attach it to the credenza which is shown in the photos but never states it is sold Separately anywhere in the description.

The product looks good but the description hides the fact that this is the top only and you need to pay close to $400 to buy the credenza that this hutch must be mounted on. Surprisingly, the credenza in the picture. So you buy it thinking that you will get exactly what you see in the picture. I hate misleading information. I would have returned the product except that I did not realize that this is the top only until I was halfway assembling the product.

Incorect product description

Looking at the picture, you'd think (at least I did) that this is what you are going to get. I ordered this and after opening the box and looking at the assembly directions I found: "attaches to the Palladia credenza (model number 412079, sold separately)." You ONLY get the top part, NOT what is pictured on the Walmart.com website. I guess it's not really Walmart's fault, but now I have to lug this thing (It weighs over 100 pounds) back to the store and that was after getting all the pieces back in the box, it's like a jigsaw puzzle. Very disappointed!! :(

BEWARE!!! Don't let the picture fool you......
