I'm 68-year-old female almost 69 and I put this together by myself. It took me a couple weeks before I had the guts to put it together. I used to do this all the time but it's been a while. I'm not sure how long it took me but at least 2 hours. I put a bunch of books on already so I think it'll work well for me and it is wide enough for my fabric baskets to fit on the bottom shelf. Not done with the rearranging but for now it'll do.

Looks like a much more expensive bookshelf once assembled. All of the outside facing surfaces are nicely veneered. Very sturdy and easy to move the shelves. I’m super happy with this purchase.

Amazing book case for the price.

this is a really nice book shelf bigger  than I though it would be I ordered two and it works for my great room and the right corner is the entertainment center i bought from Walmart as well

Awesome book shelves

The instructions could have been better because the smaller boards were not labeled and it caused a headache because they’re different lengths. It also could have a couple of cord holes on a couple of the shelves.

Beautiful bookcase

I am really impressed with the quality and look of this bookcase! The wood grain finish has a nice, rustic feel that looks much more expensive than it actually was. It’s the perfect height for my space, and the shelves feel very sturdy—I’ve got it loaded up with everything from heavy hardcover books to my Bluetooth speaker on top, and there’s no bowing at all.

​Great Depth: Plenty of room for larger books and even some decorative bins.
​Stability: It feels solid and well-balanced once assembled.
​Versatile: It fits perfectly in a bedroom or office nook without feeling bulky.
​This was exactly what I needed to get my collection organized. If you're looking for an affordable storage solution that actually looks great, this is it!

Sturdy, stylish and perfect for organizing!

Purchased two bookcases, and finished assembling yesterday. Very disappointed! The quality is poor, each is a lot of work to assemble [it also helps to have two people], and they’re not sufficiently sturdy to hold books. Check out the photos. The name is “5-shelf Bookcase” [Model 414235]. The assembly instructions in English are the first 19 pages of the manual; the manual itself is well-written. Step 14, page 19, includes the load per shelf. Three shelves hold 30 pounds, one holds 40 pounds, and the bottom holds 50 pounds. It would have been great to see this information before purchasing them for books. For the first time ever, I needed to organize my books by weight, not category, author, etc; the shelves are half empty. I purchased them to replace two Sauder bookcases I purchased more than 12 years ago, and had moved 3 times, so I thought I’d gotten my return on that investment. The downgrade in quality was a huge surprise, and I would not have ordered them had I known. Last night I dreamed they collapsed.  Tomorrow I’m going shopping to replace them.

CAUTION: Bookcase Is Not Well Suited for Books

Nice quality, missing part.

Looks nice but cheap design for connections. It will fall apart easy if you need to transport after assembly. One connection broken with plastic, no extra given. Many loose joints with no designed reinforcement

You get what you pay for
