Looks and feels high quality. Looked at many places on line and in person and I ultimately picked this beautiful desk. Nice dark expresso color wood, close to a black.  
It did take a few hours to put together bit it was worth it. Easy for me to say cause my husband put it together.

This desk is SOLID! It's quite heavy, so save your back by unpacking it by the door it came in and carry a few pieces at a time. I love it. Surprisingly, even though it is a darker wood, it does not show dust that much. Plenty of room in the pull out drawers. Shipping was fast also.

I bought this desk online without ever seeing it in person. It was much larger than I expected but fits very nice. The color is great. 

As far as getting it into my house, be warned it is approx 170# so I had to drag it into my house after the ups guy delivered it.  

Putting it together: There are quiet a few pieces but overall it went together well. The only trouble I had was with the door hinges on the left side of the desk. I kept reading the directions to try and figure out how to not crack the wood with the tension and still ended up cracking around one of the screw sites

Total time to put it together was about 2.5 to 3 hours

Large sturdy desk

Exactly what I needed now that I am working from home in these uncertain times. The built in file cabinet helps with organization and the above cabinet for storage. . . and not to hard to assemble!! Very happy with my purchase and Walmart delivery was on time!!

Five star!!

Order came promptly.  Packaged well.  Desk was better than I expected.  I don't usually order on line.  I'm retired 67 year old grandma.  Haven't put anything together for at least 30 yrs. Instructions were very easy to follow and videos available helpful when needed.  Extremely pleased with purchase.  Quips on pages of instructions made me laugh at appropriate moment.

Computer desk

Pleasantly surprised to find this sleek looking desk on Wal-Mart website for a great price.
It fits perfectly well to my daughter's small bedroom. Really simple and good looking! Assembling is not hard. The only drawback is the back of the desk is not finished and can only be placed against wall. Still very happy with it.

Great desk for the price

I had the desk shipped to the store. The packaging didn't look that messed up but when I took out the pieces there was a huge scratch/warped area on the top piece. The desk itself is incredibly heavy. It took about 2-3 hours to put together but the directions were relatively easy to follow. They included a few extra hardware pieces which confused me but overall I like it.
So far I have not had any issues with the functionality of the desk. Its sturdy and all the doors and drawers close easily without hitting one another.

It's not terrible

We received the desk with 2 damaged pieces.  We called the Sauder customer service number on the instructions and they mailed us replacement parts within a week.  They were very polite and attentive.   It looks nice put together.  The drawer holes did not align properly but it still works.  Great Customer service saved the day!

Once I fully assembled this desk I realized there was a big crack or run in the wood. I don't know if it was shipped like this or this was something that occurred during transportation.. Either way it wasn't worth taking the desk apart, shipping it back and waiting for a new one to be delivered..it only cost $100 and I needed it right away

This desk works if it's just for a small computer screen but I have a 21.5" imac. I also am comfortable seeing the screen atleast 3 feet from my face and with the depth of this desk (distance from back of desk to you) being only 18", it is not a very comfortable distance for me to view my computer. I had to push my screen back halfway off the desk. There is barely enough room for a 3 ring binder to sit in front of the computer and that's all the room you have. You're not gonna be able to spread out documents if you're working on something along with the computer. I knew that was the depth when I purchased it, but I didn't think it would make such a horrible difference. For those who can't see so close, don't get this desk.

I wish the top left shelf was actually a slide out drawer rather than just a shelf where you had to reach in to get things. Cuz then I can't get things in the back without having to take everything out from the front first. And the reason I'm keeping this desk, although I should have returned it? I'm female, and it's too heavy to put back in the packaging and take back to return.

On top of that, the instructions were pretty simple; I've put together many desks before. But this particular company even states that some of their pieces do not have alphabetical labels to identify them. So it took longer than usual to put the desk together.
