[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aesthetic of the cabinet is absolutely beautiful and so sturdy once assembled. I would highly recommend that you have at least one other person help you build this cabinet. The pieces are cumbersome and heavy. It took me about two days to slowly build this as you can see the photos with and without the doors.  

My mom absolutely enjoys it and is able to extend the table with the use of her walker when she sits in her sewing chair. The table extension has some weight to it (easily 10lbs) so an elderly senior, who, like my mother has weakness in her arms and legs might need assistance to lift it. It takes her using both her arms to lift the table on top of her walker while she uses her feet to push the rolling stabilizer bar underneath it, so it is possible. You wanna make sure that you check the specs for it.  Saunders does make other lighter weight furniture for crating that might be better suited for your needs. 

We absolutely love this, and I was able to find a dresser that has a one drawer release mechanism and is a narrow build to keep all of her fabrics and projects. She is working on organized and a narrower, smaller bookshelf that we attach to the top of the dresser for more complete look to her sewing studio.

How do I live without this?

This was a great storage solution and almost perfect product. Shipping was incredibly fast (both for the original packages and the damaged top that was immediately replaced) and assembly wasn't too bad. Be warned that the wheels do not work over an area rug and the bottom shelves are impossible get to unless the entire thing is open (and even then, not easy), but otherwise a very attractive and spacious piece. It fit both my sewing machine and serger, as well as all my supplies. I put peg boards on the doors for even more storage. I'm a little annoyed that I didn't wait a couple of weeks to get it on Black Friday for $100 cheaper, but I really wanted it sooner. :)

Great Sewing Armoire

This is a sturdy piece of furniture.  When assembled, it was exactly as described in product description.  It is a 2 man job to assemble, and it took approximately 3 hours to assemble from start to finish.  I have a very small craft space to work with and the finished cabinet fit the space beautifully.  The slide in table is a great feature, it does extend further than what I have pictured.  There is plenty of shelf space for craft gear, I added my shelves after I had time to figure out where I wanted to store items.  I purchased this to be used as a sewing station, and the final product is perfect for me.  The directions are easy to follow.  I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of this product.  If this is set on carpet, I'd recommend a chair mat under the pull out table, which I've done myself for easy pull out/push in of the table extension.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although assembly took me 5-6 hours, I am very pleased with the final results. This cabinet is very heavy, sturdy, and well-designed. I'm going to add a lock to the doors to keep it secure when my craft room is used as a grandkids room.

Sturdy and well-designed cabinet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cabinet was a bit challenging to assemble, and some edges don't align accurately.  But it is very useful for a sewing cabinet, allows me to keep everything set up, but makes keeping the area decluttered easy.

Practical Sewing cabinet

Using as sewing machine stand. Love the space saving aspect and convertibility. Only concern is wish for more stability with the shelf fully extended. Not horrible or deal breaker, but is noted.

I don't think I would buy again because it came damaged and that is only the first box, I opened I am scared to see what the next box looks like
