Be sure to insert cam dowels metal end first.  Otherwise, it won't tighten fully.

I bought another

This is a very strong and beautiful piece of furniture. It is functional and feels like it will last a very long time. I did have to contact them to send some replacement parts. They were very easy to contact and communicate with. The plastic file rails were cracked and didn't seem to be packaged in a way that would protect them. The file holding system is very crude. The instruction manual was very detailed and has some really key info. The file system instruction step was hard to follow though. It took a few hours to build it. If you are familiar with building furniture you will be fine.

And you can load two rows of letter size by inserting them from to back.  Assembly took a little thought but was not extremely difficult.  I was able to assemble it by myself.    Note: I am accustomed to using tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iwas so impressed as soon as we took it out of the box!  When you put something together you can get a good idea as to how well made it is. My son had it done in about one hour.  The finish on it is very attractive.  It's not only a nice file cabinet, it's also a very nice piece of furniture that has a bit of space to put things like books, pictures or house plants on. It has some weight to it also..  I'm very happy with it.  Also, it was on sale at a very good price.

Sturdy and looks good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this is clearly a step above the normal engineered wood/pressboard furniture. It seems denser and the laminate better quality.   Every single screw/cam hole lined up perfectly.  Very very sturdy and the the ball bearing slides seem quality.  I would buy this again.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The file drawer is large enough for 2 rows of files and it's great as a printer stand as well.
