Dromedaries live in the deserts of Africa and Asia. They eat mostly leaves, dry grass and thorny plants. The hump of the mammal isnâ€™t used to store water; it stores fat. If they canâ€™t find any food in the desert they can live off it for weeks. The dromedary from Schleich Wild Life has eaten well recently and has an upright, well-filled hump.

The casting quality of the figurine is very good, you cannot see the casting line of the mold. The details like ears, eyes, etc. are excellent, and was painted in a very natural way. I loved and the price was very reasonable. I am using it in my Nativity together with my collection of Fontanini figurines.

My kiddo loves this guy-tall, lanky, & (my favorite part): light! Not as bad of a projectile hazard wjen thrown say, compared to the rhino & brown bear. Hahaha....but seriously! ;)
