I need a deodorant with NO anti-perspirant, ie: no aluminum. My kidneys do not need further damage. Schmidt's actually works! Lots of scents to choose from and it works on odor. And I've tried a few natural deodorants.  A little more than I like to spend, but it works and there are no harmful ingredients.

So, I'm a nurse...I work in a high speed,  high stress environment to begin with, then add wearing a mask for 8 hrs in a row...this deodorant is UNREAL!! I mean, I'm not a sweaty stinky mess despite my numerous job duties! It has been a complete godsend!! I'm so happy that I've just ordered more...this deodorant is a lifesaver!

Unbelievable protection!

This deodorant works great! Make sure you're careful though because you can get the chalky residue on your clothes. Plus side, some poor animal wasn't tortured just so you don't stink up the joint. If you're young, this scent is really great. If you've hit AARP age, like me, it can come off as old lady smell. I split the difference and do one pit with the rose and the other with lavender. Don't judge me.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This new line of Schmidts natural deodorant is amazing.  Especially the rose and vanilla scent.  It smells great and last throughout the day.  It is not strong and overbearing but light and sweet and even my kids love the smell of it.  So much so that I get extra hugs all day long because they want to smell it!  It is also strong enough to last through a sweaty workout session.  While the look of it is a bit odd and gets a little mushy when warmed, dont let this fools you it is powerful and definitely gets the job done.  The best part is the natural ingredients which means not guilt using this product!

Love the smell of this!

I really enjoy the Rose & Vanilla scent it is fresh, pleasant, and not overpowering. I also appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients, which is a must for me, and it provides long-lasting odor protection throughout the day. The only downside is that the stick is a bit hard and doesn't glide on as smoothly as other deodorants I've used. The packaging is similar to other deodarants.

I like the formula of this dry stick- I usually use gels because I don't like how some dry formulas have a tendency to drag on the skin uncomfortably, but this stuff actually glides on nicely and doesn't tug. I appreciate the ingredients- while natural isn't always my priority, it's preferable and doesn't appear to change the effectiveness or longevity of this deodorant. By the end of the day, I still smelled fresh and mildly of rose. Speaking of the scent- I'm not really a fan. Rose scents are tricky and often smells like stale breath and this unfortunately didn't quite hit the mark for me. Either way the smell isn't strong enough to turn me off entirely, and it works well, so I'm happy. I'd personally probably buy this product in a different scent, but that's my only complaint. Overall, awesome deodorant and it does its job naturally.

Iffy scent but good deodorant

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Im pretty impressed with this product, it smells pretty strong but not overwhelming. Throughout the day I get a whiff from it, which is better then a whiff of myself on a busy warm day. It definitely lasts the day! This product is a bit of a pain to use, even when warming it up under your arm for a bit to apply it sticks. This product definitely leaves white streaks so be mindful of that. I give this a strong 3 out of 5.

Good smell combat

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Although the rose smell was a bit overpowering, it did make me smell fresh all day, even after doing yard work on a hot day. I dont smell any vanilla. It went on pretty thick, so now I know I only need 1-2 swipes. I did stay dry all day!

Works Well

This deodorant use to be my go to. Now I get musty bout as fast as I put it on. The first ingredient in the old one has Maranta Arundinacea. The first ingredient in the new formula is Magnesium Hydroxide. My guess for them changing it up is to cut production cost or something. I'm very displeased with this new formula. once I finish my old one, I'm switching to a new brand. Schmidt's you have just lost a long time customer.
