This  Rimmel face  powder in shade 016 deep beige is perfection. The color is just right for my complexion and really blends it out. It is the perfect shade to give you a healthy glow.  The shade isn't too dark or orange . Hard to find in stores since my first purchase.  So I order it in multi paks.

Please bring back the original formulation of this powder! This was my favorite. I can't even use this new formula.  It makes my skin look awful. I don't understand why you changed it. It was perfect before. All these negative reviews about it should show you how awful it is now. Unless it's changed back I will unfortunately need to find a different brand.

Horrible New Formula

I having use this product for 7 plus years. Was always my go to. Kept me shine free all day. I recently noticed I kept getting very oily only an hour into my day. Thinking it was my skin, I changed my skin care routine then I went on the hunt for a new mat sunscreen thinking it was my sunscreen. Only to find that rental reformulated their iconic powder. This is so sad I have no idea what powder I will now use. This new formulation is no good for us oily girls. I used to recommend this powder to everybody that was searching for a good setting powder to last all day. I really hope the old formulation comes back.

SO SAD! Have used this product over 10 years and now it's trash! Immediately returned. It stinks, is glossy and the colour is so off. I use as an all over powder and it left me looking like I packed my face with highlighter. Had to wash off my full face and start again. Looking for recommendations of something similar to the old formula from a different brand asap!!

Why oh why

I have used this for 10+ years and loved it, as it always gave a flawless finish.  The compact I opened the other day smelled like perfume, and had a different feel. I tried it for two days, and it just looks awful.  I see the formula was changed, and no mention of that anywhere on the packaging. It has a perfume scent now, the color (011 Creamy Natural) was darker, it really settled into fine lines, and it did not look matte.  I am upset the formula was changed, as it is not for the better.  This is very disappointing.

I have been using this powder since high-school I'm 30 now was always complemented on how pretty my skin was. I bought 5 powders and stock up just in case i run out this most recent new batch is horrid. It's smells different, texture is shiny not matte anymore and it does not blend well anymore it's blotchy and uneven like “highlighter” but on your entire face. Just like all of these reviews have been stating. Don't waste your money on this updated formula it is not worth it.

Horrid Highlighted

I've used this powder exclusively for a decade, at least, and have always loved it, but since the formula has changed, I can no longer say that. This powder used to glide on, feeling matte and dry, and kept my face shine free all day. The one I recently purchased is terrible. It goes on feeling slick and greasy, and certainly didn't look matte on my skin. I had heard that the formula was changed but didn't believe it. Now I do. Please, please stop trying to fix what wasnt broke and return to the former formula. I really can't see this change helping the company bottom line, as long-term customers, such as myself, are now force to look elsewhere for a matte powder. It was perfect the way it was!

New formula is slick, greasy and terrible!

It appears Rimmel has changed the formula on their Stay Matte powder. I have used this product for years. The new product is dry and chalky, provides no blendable coverage, comes off in an hour and has a totally different scent. Very disappointing. Please go back to the old formula!

Formula Change Buyer Beware

I used this exclusively for many years. They recently changed the formula - and I don't mean they tweaked it a bit. They changed the first ingredient from talc to mica, and several other main ingredients changed too. It's essentially a different product now and I hate it. This was the only powder foundation that I could use, but now it has a weird smell, less coverage, and makes my face weirdly shiny. It doesn't control oil as well either, despite the addition of kaolin. Now I have to find a replacement. BAD RIMMEL. You didn't even update the packaging to reflect the change in the formula.
