Like: it was sealed and had a very powerful lift! Had it on for 40mins and had lifted my hair to level 9-10 in two rounds! Did not damage my hair as much too and it did not sting too bad
Dislike: a bit pricey as compared to other brands

Pricey but had powerful lifting

Easy to mix and less damaging to my really dark brown hair. It lifted a lot but not as it claims level 9 my hair was still yellow. I had to bleach it again to get it lighter

The product is a really good bleach

The shipping was fast and great, the deliver however wasn't. When I opened the box, the bleach container was broken and bleach powder got everywhere, I lost a good amount of product.

When packed together the developer smashes open the bleach container. Powder was nearly gone from the can and all over the box

The bleach leaked and got everywhere. It spilled out of the box and on my front porch. When I tried to open it, there was bleach covering the inside and got all over my counter. Completely unusable for a very expensive purchase. There was no packing material inside so obviously the bleach container just busted open. The delivery driver must have seen all the powder leaking out. I don't even know how to return this!!
