Engages both upper and lower body simultaneously.

Requires minimal effort and technical expertise.

Offers options for cardiovascular exercises.

Made with a structure that can support heavy users.

After 11 operations / surgeries (3 major inc.l organ transplant, and pancreatic cancer) over past 8 yrs - this is the best unit to use - especially when you can't be alone walking outside due to medical issues. Even just starting out @10/min X 2/ per day and increasing from there is all you need to start recovery and get back in shape slowly.

The best exercise bike we've ever owned - our 3rd @25 yrs

Johnson Brands

We tried out our daughters and thought we could do well by excercising on one ourselves. It gives us an incentive to pedal in the winter here in MN(bitterly cold out now and dropping!) and get ready for our outdoor bike rides. It takes up only a 53" space in our area so that is helpful. "It beckons us-take a ride" It wasn't difficult to put together, but two people make it much easier and faster. It has wheels so it can be moved easily. The fan helps keep you cooler when working out on it-nice!

We would certainly purchase the Schwinn Airdyne AD7 again!

I use the Airdyne three times a week for 45 minutes. In addition to a superior cardio workout, it provides great toning for the upper body.

Love my new Airdyne

At 70 years old this is my third airadyne I'm in excellent shape Dr impressed with all my numbers Yes I do other exercises but the aieadyne is the most important to my health If you don't have one get one .

Yes I've owned 3 in my lifetime

daily ride good work out, my 4th air dyne

Great, time saving workout, cardio, strength

My third airdyne in 35 years...love it

Great product. Super strong construction, very quiet. Great workout for this senior

I would buy this again.Great product

Got the machine and had it all put together within 30 minutes. No problems. It comes with the air guard on the screen so no need to buy one to add on. Before getting this bike I had never used an air bike of any brand. I bought it on a recommendation from a friend who said it is a great workout. Once I started using it I loved it. Solid machine built very well. Very easy to use. I use it three times a week for about 20-25 minutes and push myself hard with short bursts. It's great for a full body workout, feel your heart skyrocket and to get a good sweat on. By the end of a workout your arms, back, abs, and legs feel tight and you feel like you accomplished something. I highly recommend getting one in your house so you can get on it and get your workout done.

Great workout!!!

I love the bike, purchased it to get knees back in shape after too much time at my home office desk during COVID restrictions. Easy to set up, took longer to unpack than to assemble. Very smooth QUIET operation. My wife and I are in our 60's and are using it for conditioning. Love that it works lower & upper body. Amazing calorie burn once comfortable pushing it a bit, I use low cycle HIIT to rev it up. My wife, is only 5' 1", would have appreciated one additional lower setting to allow her to ride more comfortably. Otherwise, we are very very happy with our decision.

Love this bike!

At 74 I've had to switch from running to bike riding. I ordered the AD7 to "move indoors" when the temps here reached 90+ by 10 a.m. I've been doing HIIT on the bike and feel like I am getting a really good workout. I specifically chose the AD7 so I could track watts and use that measure to estimate my VO2max. I paid to have the bike set up in my home and was very satisfied with that operation. There are some things that I wish I had realized (that's on me) before I made my decision. It never occurred to me that there wouldn't be an app to sync rides with for a record. I've made my own spreadsheet--but still.... Without a backlight I have to get my flashlight and glasses to see how to set the Rate Select button. I finally got that figured out and now can just count pushes to display Watts. I still can't figure out how the little and big bars work and find the manual not helpful--again probably on me. I ordered a compatible heart rate monitor (polar T34). The bike consistently reads my heart rate 9-12 beats higher than either my Apple watch or my Garmin Forerunner. Since I can't pair the T34 to my phone, I can't be sure if the issue is the reader or the monitor.

Not sure I would buy this product again....

I've had airdyne pro for more than 30 years. In this day and age of technology, I can't believe schwinn couldn't come up a better console. Old airdyne pro had more options than this, like hills program. I'd send back for a refund if I could. Simply put way too expensive and not worth it...

Disappointed
