installed in a dodge. I had to set the gains on the LOC to maximum, and my amp's gain is set high also in order to get decent output, but the converter works great. Bass knob works good.

I bought this around a month ago and it is amazing. Quality is excellent and it is basically top of the line LOC out in the market. Remote bass control is really good feature.

recently installed the Scoshe-LOC2SL  Line Out Converter in my car. ....I was adding an amp to a Factory Head Unit that was  powered by a Factory amp. Tapped in behind the Head Unit then ran new speaker wire from the new amp to the 6x9s.that where originally on the back dash.

This line converter is all you need

Output is definitely too low, bass isn't smooth, sub play smoother without the LOC

Disappointed

I bought one of these LOC, but I was extremely disappointed with the performance.  The output levels are simply too low.  I wound up throwing this out and buying an AudioControl LC7i.  

Yes, it was 8 times the price but you get what you pay for.

RCA ports do not work and neither does the remote wire... both adjustment knobs broke off and fell into the unit as soon as I went to adjust them. Overall very poor and terrible quality. Added hours to my project and a lot of frustration and troubleshooting. will not be buying any Scosche products in the future and I recommend you do the same to save major headaches!

Poor Quality...

Bought this a few weeks ago and it worked great up until decide to blow up on me I don't know if it was defective or what but I'm not happy but I did notice when I was using it they kind of had a burning smell to it to start with
