Scotch brand cleans very well I could scour almost any kind of stuck on baked on mess with it. When I had to press very hard to scrub something off it still left no scratches on the pans. My pans lasted so much longer with the scoth brand no scratch products that I have used.

No Scratches On My Pots N Pans

What a great product to use on those sinks and tubs and not to forget my pots and pans. No scratches and yet Scotch-Brite non scratch scourpad does the job in cutting through all the dirt faster than other products I used. I tried to save money by buying another look-a-like product. Boy what a mistake. The look-a-like did not hold up and did not have the action power Scotch-Brite did. Instead of saving money, it actually cost more because the product did not hold up and the look-a-like just did not work anywhere near the Scotch-Brite product. I will not buy or trust another brand anymore. I learned my lesson. It will always be Scotch-Brite for me!!!

Non-Scratch Scour Pad

These pads never cease to amaze me. I have used them to smooth out the shaft of my pool cue and buff my snowboard, then turned around and used one out of the same pack to scour off (two day dried) Twice Baked Spaghetti off of my bakeware with ease, and no scratches left on any of them (and that is a lot of expensive gear, including the bakeware). Should I try washing my face with them? HaHa...just kidding about the face-washing, but I have wondered, and would love to know if anyone else has ever tried that? Seriously, these pads are wonderful! I am sure I will find more uses for them as time goes along. Suggestions, anyone?

Gentle Toughness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pads. I work in x-ray and we have to clean our processing rollers to remove the "gunk" that forms on them as the films are developed in the chemicals. It is important to get all the scum, but the rollers are a type of rubber/plastic and if scratched they can leave unwanted artifacts on the films that can render the image unreadable to the radiologist. These pads do the job without scratching the rollers and makes the job much easier and requiring less elbow grease than the past products we have used. I trust these pads on all surfaces in my home as well. Thank you Scotch Brite.

Scour without scratching

This pad is an excellant product for scrubbing those pot and pans with teflon(R) or other special coating. OK, I know... you're not supposed to have to scrub those pots and pans, but let's face it. They do need it now and then when you cook certain things.

I feel 100% certain when using a Scotch-Brite(R) Non-Scratch Scour Pad that my pan will not be scratched or the integrity of the surface compromised in any way, shape, or form.

I will admit that each pad needs to be "broken in" a bit at first to be able to handle it well and get into every corner and edge.

The pads do last a long time and are a great value for the price. Another fine product from Scotch Brite.

Great little pad

I bought them for our ceramic cooktop. They work fine there. I tried them out on my cured cast iron skillets. I was prepared to recure them, but it has not been necessary. I've been using them for about 8 months with no damage.

Work great on cast iron

These non scratch scour pads plus foaming dish soap is the best way to hand wash dishes. These scour pads don't have a sponge material so they're not able to create soap bubbles/lather, but if you use foaming dish soap, it provides the bubbles/lather. These scour pads remove stubborn food stuck on pots, dishes, or stove tops.

I love the cleaning pads as well as the sponges with scrubbing pad. They don't stratch, they rinse very well and they last for a very long time. I have used them to clean everything, burnt on items, heavy greasy items as well as just normal wash off items. The other day I had a stain on a shirt and I rub the pad over the spot with a little soap. The sauce spot came off without making any pulls on the fabric.

These pads are great in the bathroom for general cleaning as well as keeping shower doors bright and clean. I go over it after each shower and I have never had soap buildup.

Best cleaning pad

I gave this product a 3star rating due to the fact you have shaved off a quarter of an inch from previous pads. I just purchased a new package  last week and when using one  i could tell immediately it was skinnier. Using a ruler against a non-used one  i have had for some time against the new ,it is evident that  you have decreased the the size . I have been a consumer of this product for decades. I hope others see the difference and see where a 5star rating has been dropped to a 3 star rating.

Skinnier sponges don't work the same.

They have recently changed this product and it is NO LONGER WORTH BUYING. It used to be my go-to, a fantastic scour in every way: long-lasting, rinses easily of solid food particles, doesn't get greasy or slimy. However just bought another 8 pads, and something is different. They are thinner, have only about 1/2 the lifespan, the fibers shred and pill-up easily into gross-appearing rolls of plastic fibers. The overall feel is thin, flimsy, and soggy. 

Sorry, Scotch-Brite. I will look elsewhere for my non-stick scour pads from now on.
