I use this tape for places where I want to put something like Birthday Decorations for short time, not a permanent stay.  It is easy to remove.

I use this tape in my classroom to mount posters on cupboard doors and other smooth surfaces.  It works quite well and comes off easily when posters are taken off the wall.

Great product to mount posters on smooth walls

Best removable tape for poster or anything on the wall. Never messes up the paint!

This product is so versatile and dependable.  I currently use it for adhering shoe inserts so they don't slip when one walks.  When change is needed, it is removeable and may be replaced later after cleaning of inserts.

Versatile Holding Tape

I give this a 3 star rating because yes, it got the job done, but it wasn't as sturdy as i wanted it to be. For the price they are asking for, don't buy this unless you are NOT going to use it to hang things up.

It was very useful but...

It takes great effort to get the backing off. (Very irritating when in the middle of a project). Also, the backing makes the tape too rigid to tear off easily from the flimsy plastic holder. I gave it two stars because it does actually stick well when you finally get to it.

Not user friendly!

When using, the bottom sticky side went on just fine. But the paper part on top does not easily come off. I had to pick at it and pick at it and pick at it some more. Half of the time the whole tape would just peel off. So I trashed it and went back to the store and bought glue dots. As for the tape, a little lip on the top paper part for ease of removal (like your average stickers) is needed.

Difficult to work with

Being a 3M brand you would think it was a no brainer to go with. Will not even hold up an 11” x 7” paper poster. I have 6 different one's and they all were on the floor a few hours later. Duct tape blows this terrible poster tape away and much cheaper. This tape was super expensive. If i could give 0 Stars it definitely rates a big 0!

Do not waste your $ on this expensive tape!

absolutely terrible for hanging anything except printer paper. I have normal posters bought from Walmart and even smaller ones that are about a page and a half of printer paper size and both are too heavy for this tape and just fall immediately.

Cmon scotch!  I buy your brand over tons of similar products available at Online stores … pls relook at this product .. bought two of these tapes for mounting posters and they keep falling. The posters are only 12”x8” and the tape was put ALL around the poster. Keeps falling. No good. I don't know if I can return it since I have used most of it …
