Paper Adhesion

Hate to say it but this stuff works better than command adhesive for holding heavy weight objects to the wall. And it costs less! The only other thing I can think of is trying that “Alien tape “. I know that Walmart carries something similar!

Really good for holding large things to the wall!

walmart.com

Love it, puts up all my posters nice, just put a little more for bigger ones.

Works well

I use this tape in my classroom to mount posters on cupboard doors and other smooth surfaces. It works quite well and comes off easily when posters are taken off the wall.

Great product to mount posters on smooth walls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a teacher, I am always looking for ways to hang up posters in my room. This year our walls were painted and we were told that we could not use anything that would remove the paint from the walls. Your product fit the bill; it affixed the posters to the wall just fine and when I needed to move them, NO paint came off the walls. Our custodians and my students were very happy.

Thanks for such a wonderful product. Makes my life so much easier.

Love that poster tape

ScotchBrand.com

I use this tape for places where I want to put something like Birthday Decorations for short time, not a permanent stay. It is easy to remove.

I like this tape and have used it for years

Scotch Brand

When using, the bottom sticky side went on just fine. But the paper part on top does not easily come off. I had to pick at it and pick at it and pick at it some more. Half of the time the whole tape would just peel off. So I trashed it and went back to the store and bought glue dots. As for the tape, a little lip on the top paper part for ease of removal (like your average stickers) is needed.

Difficult to work with

Being a 3M brand you would think it was a no brainer to go with. Will not even hold up an 11” x 7” paper poster. I have 6 different one's and they all were on the floor a few hours later. Duct tape blows this terrible poster tape away and much cheaper. This tape was super expensive. If i could give 0 Stars it definitely rates a big 0!

Do not waste your $ on this expensive tape!

I could not separate the top layer to reveal the sticky surface. So, I called customer support. The person was nice enough, explaining that you needed to "tear" the tape to break the cover, then peel it off. I was successful in removing the cover, but it then stuck together and I could not apply it to the poster. Take this off the market. I now have a very poor opinion of the Scotch brand.

Terrible design.

Don't waste your money on this tape. Suggest you buy the regular version or something else. The paper side was impossible to work with. And it's expensive even as I purchased at a discount store.

Lousy Product

WILL NOT STICK TO WALL , IT STICKS ABOUT 1-TO 2-DAYS THE MOST I USED THE WHOLE ROLL ON 1-POSTER AND THE POSTER IS NOT ON THE WALL ANY MORE . WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY.

NOT GOOD

Scotch® Removable Poster Tape 109-ESF front-facing view of double-sided removable poster tape in a dispenser with liner partially peeled to expose adhesive; suitable for mounting papers, photos and cards and removes without residue. Often used as a temporary craft mounting solution.
