Only con was the original "list price" (supposedly $40 ), cost was $20-25. You get a lot and quality is great, but the item still functions as well as the next best, which is far below that "list price".

Besides that, the pads were great. pup transitioned easily, no little paw pee prints, puddle soaked in quick and he knew to go in middle, so it must be marked (no visual indicator).

These puppy training pads are amazing. They are super absorbent and there's less for me to clean up. I don't have to worry about spillage. I tried other brands, but I'm gonna keep using this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Scott Pet Guard potty pads are nice. The large is very generous in size and I feel like much bigger than other larges. It is not staticky and lays nicely on the ground after you unfold it. It has a nice light scent that is fresh and pleasant. I haven’t had any leaks and the pad itself holds a decent amount from my doggy. My only downside is the edges are really thin. I think that’s an important place to be extra padded on so the liquid doesn’t seep off the pad, which can’t always be helped I know. Other than that I think it’s a good option for the price! Just overlap it if needed to prevent leaks.

Only buy if you have plenty of time to unfold them and patience my brother gave me an off brand that was just as good and you didn’t have stand and unfold them like you do scotts anyway I just think they could be packaged to where you don’t need to do all the unfolding it’s really alot both products didn’t leak through but the unfolding they could and should do much better

Too thin and I should have checked measurements instead of just picking ‘L’arge…
Good points.  No smell from used pads.   Way better that way but would try closer to bigger measurements than going by S-M-L.   The dogs like using them so it’s 50/59….
If they were twice the Large size then Ibmight be a customer….I only use Scott one ply toilet tissue

Yes and no

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of these pee pads is not very positive. First the positives-they did not leak through to my floor and they were thick. Negatives-everything else. They were not absorbent. The pee seemed to basically sit at the top of the pee pads so if my dog stepped in the wet spot, they were tracking pee all over my house. I think I’d get the same overall performance from throwing some TP down onto a trash bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the pads are huge so they are definitely XLarge and cover alot of floor space which is great when potty training your pet. However I dont really smell any difference or understand the claim of "training scent". They do have a slight quilted feel but dont feel much different than other brands. They of course have the leak proof under layer but when tested, the liquid doesn't absorb into the quilted pad very quickly. It is very wet on top so your animal will have wet paws from standing in their urine. I wish the material was thicker to really absorb quicker and stronger deep into the material. I definitely do not see this product up standing to the 16 hour absorption claim.

I have a small female dog. She  asked  me to please go back to the brand we had been using !!!

I had bought these from Chewy and loved them. They no longer carry these in this size and found them here at Walmart. I ran out of the ones I had and opened the new ones to use and the quality is NOT the same. They are thinner and they stick together more and are harder to pull apart. There is nothing inside of them. Just the backing and the front. Nothing at all inbetween. I'm really concerned about the absorbency. I'm completely out and have no others ones to use but these. I even paid almost double the price because I liked them so much. I'm so disappointed.

Disappointed, quality not the same as usual

Not absorbent at all, my puppy went one time, and it soaked right through. The only good thing about this product is that it had a pleasant smell.

Don't waste your money!
