Using the instructions, getting the correct dilution was a snap...and easy to clean so it can be used again when needed

Glad I bought this little gem. Can now buy concentrates and save money on lawn care. 
I am not sure why the poor reviews. All I can conclude is perhaps they didn't read the instructions correctly and completely. 
As for the leaking review, did the person check to make sure the rubber washer is in place? If I have a nozzle or anything that leaks at the hose, I put in a new rubber washer and that usually corrects the problem.

Great Little Sprayer

I have used any number of "hose on" sprayers, this one is far superior. It is easy to operate, you have complete control and is very easy to clean up after use. Any left over material remains neat to return to its original container.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Was disappointed with product at first as it leaked around handle, like so many other people...but this seems related to water pressure, As my water pressure is not that great,whenever I have water running somewhere else, it leaks. Solution....make sure other sources of water usage not running while using...worked for me.

I called the number provided and was eventually told that the units are ml/l. Dear Scott's, please update the product info on your website (now) and on the bottle (eventually). You could have and should have responded to the earlier questions/comments by providing the units, instead of providing a phone number.

Very handy sets up and attaches well.
The dial is confusing but what is more confusing is when you look up how to use tge dial.
Some pages say that 55 is a higher concentration of fertilizer being sprayed...and others saying that the 55 means a higher concentration of water which dilutes the amount of fertiluzer.

And with my sprayer...the dial doesn't seem to make a difference what nu.ber i have it on.

Ive gobe back to using hand application wich takes forever but at least i know what im doing

Dont buy or waste yr time

I had the same problem as another reviewer. After I finished, I thought nothing of it until I realized the entire jug should have been empty by then - But it was completely full of some mix of water and weed killer. The hose water was mixing into the actual container leaving me with a full jug of... some sort of mixture that I don't know the ratio of. I also don't know what ended up on my lawn, but it definitely isn't what the dial said.

This sprayer is very poorly made. Shortly after buying it - and paying a premium price for it - water started leaking out from behind the trigger. Every time I've tried it since, more water leaks out of the handle. Now, as much water pours from the handle as there is spraying out of the end. I've used plenty of hose end sprayers over the years & they all worked for a good long while. This Scott's Dial N Spray is so poorly made, it should be immediately pulled off the store shelves.

Was looking for application rate per 1 gallon of water not some useless dribble about setting dial to number specified on product bottle, which happens to be use 1 ounce per 200 square feet.  



Try adding some information that is relevant to your product users.
