This was the first time I've tried this product and I was blown away.  After a few days of spreading it on the lawn, new vivid green sprouts of grass broke through the ground even though I have not added additional soil on top of it.  I'm truly impressed!

I haven't used this yet but it was shipped fast and the seed combination is exactly what I'm looking for.

Unbelievable results. I laid new top soil and then fertilized and rototilled and packed and raked. Seeded and watered. 2 weeks later I had a very good growth coming in. I am now at 5 weeks and it is almost completely filled in. I had 2 areas where is was very shady and low so I kinda drowned the little guys, but I reseeded there and it is almost filled in. Only used 1/2 a bag of seed for the entire area. Totally recommend.

sooo thick - in 3 weeks I had a lawn

I love this grass seed. It does make a difference what soil you use. I buy a high grade soil as I find the cheaper ones tend to have impurities. My grass has very few weeds with awesome grass seed.

I bought (not)Awesome in April, it's been cold here so it was slow to germinate. I bought another bag to add to the first. It's terrible, some of the grass is course, grows 4 times faster than the rest. It has wide long blades, it the worst I've seen. Not at all like the description or the picture. I'm 79, I've been digging out 1 blade at a time. I can't stand it. The saleswoman was horrified when she saw pictures of it and recommended a different brand. Should I put vinegar on the rest to kill it, then wait a few weeks and reseed with a better seed from a different company. The rest of the grass looks normal, the terrible ones look like weeds. I did not expect to buy this, I'll never get Scott's again.

I bought this « awesome » but it is not. So many weeds inside. I overseeded my lawn with it and the only place the weeds are is where i overseeded. It even grew zoysa a seed that we can't get in northern climate.

Not awesome

Did everything according to instructions by Scott's seed package and website, kept the soil moist by watering 2 to 3 times a day, after 2 weeks .....no new grass.

Complete waste of water, time and money, would not recommend.

Don't waste your money

I have seeded a lot of lawns over the years, always had great results. 

Purchased 12 bags used 10. NOTHING. RETURNED 2. Area to be seeded 20'x10''

The old Scott's bags worked great for another area. Don't waste your money. Looking for alternate.

The worst grass seed ever

STARY AWAY FROM THIS SEED, YOU'LL GET REALLY LONG WEED GRASS. I've tried pulling them out, it's a pain. Never buying scotts again. Worst Seed Ever!
