POLYFORM-Sculpey Clay Extruder. This indispensable tool is made from top quality die-cast steel, and provides a simple way to add attractive textural details to your polymer clay projects! It comes with nineteen interchangeable discs for creating all kinds of unique details. To clean simply bake the barrel at 250 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes then chip away any clay residue. This package contains one clay extruder with plunger, locking nut, and nineteen discs. Imported.

I absolutely love this!! Consistency in my rope, frosting or piping projects. Easy to use and control

The first time I used it, the clay was so stuck on the inside. I tried using a brush and hot water to get it clean and it took forever. Once I had it clean, I tried again with another color. Let's just say, it did not get clean enough the first time and BOTH colors came through.  Bummer!

Had higher hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to be super strong to use this with premo. Maybe it's better with the softer clays but it's too hard to use with premo or more firm clay

Not great

I bought this several years ago, when I was just starting out with clay.
I figured it would be easy to push clay through if I softened it enough. I can only blame my naivete on my young age.
It is next to impossible to push clay through. 
I frequently had to have my husband help me with it and he finally said he was sick of this piece of junk and bought me a much easier to work extruder with a crank handle.
Please save yourself the pain and the money and don't buy this product.

Works but at what cost

This extruder is VERY difficult to use. It felt as though my fingers were going to break as I pushed the clay out. I had to have my husband help me. Already looking for a different one elsewhere!

Too difficult to use

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! This thing is SO difficult to use! I tried it out for one painful session and immediately ordered an extruder with a twist handle to replace it. It's extremely challenging to push the plunger through the extruder, even with well conditioned clay and a large shape selected. The plunger handle is not ergonomical at all, so your hands will end up bruised and sore after 45 painful minutes of trying to make a rope. The tutorial video is sorcery, or otherwise they used play-doh to feign how easy it was to use this.

The bones in your hands will crumble before you

I do not recommend this extruded one bit. It is extremely difficult to use and really hard on your hands.

Hard to use

This is a horrible extruder. The quality is extremely poor and it is very very hard to work with and very rough on your hands. I would give this zero stars if I could. Please stay away from this. I am very disappointed

Please stay away from this

This extruded is so hard to use. Not even my husband can press it down hard enough to extrude the clay out. I basically bought a useless too, and I end up rolling the clay by hand. I will look for a better extruder.

Impossible to use

Worst. Experience. Ever.
Do not buy this product… unless you have ‘man hands and are able to crush rocks in your palm. I'm surprised that you sell this, given that with your financial security and well established business, you could've made something more people friendly. Good lord. Worst tool ever.
