It's your standard Seagate Expansion drive though, so thermal performance can be a bit mediocre. Am not sure if this drive is HAMR, so will try to update review once I figure that out.

It's a LOUD drive and they do produce a bit of heat. Cooling might be needed depending on environment

there is no way for this device to be seen. it wont show up even with seagate tools app installed. tried it on multiple computers and nothing.
