The product works fine. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, however. Also, the product was not factory sealed, and did not come in a static-proof envelope, like all the other bare drives that I have purchased in the past. There were no warranty papers, or any papers that normally come with a new product. In other words, I suspect this item was used, but was sold as new.

I would recommend the product, but not from this dealer, since I suspect the problem I had was not the fault of the manufacturer.

Drive works fine after 2 weeks of use, but...
