Perfect xtra firm. Slept well with support on my neck . I would recommend this pillow for a side sleeper. I'm going to order another one.

I wrote one the most comprehensive reviews and it just disappeared so let's do this again. 

The pillow is not extra firm. It's more like a balloon. It sinks quite a bit but not all the way to the bottom. Could sleep on the floor or on a hard surface with it and not notice the stiffness of the floor. The cooling of the pillow comes from the breathability. I put my hand under it and squeezed the pillow super fast and felt the air escaping through the cover which is good, but the cover doesn't come off so you have to put in on it and that reduces the breathable nature of the pillow. Lastly, I like the design of it. The shiny blue with the white looks really nice and luxurious so if someone comes over you can present it to them and make them think you spent more than you actually did. In conclusion, it's a good pillow at this price point and it's a sealy. Wouldn't recommend for side sleepers but would recommend for back sleepers or belly sleepers with a heavy head. Or if your in need of a desperate upgrade like me.

Overall it's good for the price

The cover is made of polyethylene and polyester fabric which is cool at first but, within minutes, steadily becomes much warmer than pillows made of natural fibers such as cotton. It's like resting on a woven plastic bag. In fact, using this pillow for a week it felt as though it was heated like an electric blanket set on low. I switched back to my Walmart Mainstays cotton firm pillow.

Not recommended

Do NOT buy this pillow. It is not firm at all. The material is super cheap and it barely has a cooling effect. It is way too soft and has no support. I just did an online purchase today. I went to pick it up, when the girl brought out my pillow, the seal of the wrapper was tore open. I am taking it back tomorrow for a refund.

i was lured to buy this after seeing reviews! don't buy if you're looking for extra firm one. it is far away from firm! not recommended
