The pillow was of firm support, plump right back when no weight is being placed on the pillow. A great pillow for someone who likes between firm but not too hard pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried this pillow was going to be too firm, but for a form pillow, it is very soft. You sink into. That's the kind of pillow I like, but if you are looking for something really firm, this isn't it.

Soft Firm Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say this pillow is firm, is far from the truth. It is definitely super soft and flat. I am still using it, to sleep with it between my knees, and its doing ok. But i so really wanted it to be an actual firm pillow.

FAR FROM FIRM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is not firm at all. When you lay your head down it immediately goes flat. I was really bummed because sealy is one of my favorite brands for pillows. I use it under another pillow to make it more firm .

Not firm at all

I was sent the wrong pillow type, so impossible to rate the product...all swishy to the touch, even though a firm pillow was ordered.
It took almost a month to arrive and arrived in only a clear plastic wrap sealed with gaffer tape and in a box. There was no product identification. The item also arrived dirty.
Overall, a very awful experience.

It was not the pillows I ordered; no label, nothing indicating it was Sealy. Did not feel like good quality pillows. Returned

Don't waste your time

I selected the firm, and it was incredibly soft and not supportive in anyway. If I would love super soft pillows, that would be great, but this is not what I wanted from a firm pillow.
