Could be firmer but it's ok for a medium firm. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it has gone down in the middle a little bit but the rest of it's still good.

It's a pillow

These pillows (I purchased 2) are marked medium-firm, and at first I thought they might be too soft, but they are holding up the firm area to keep your head above the bed, and reducing the strain on the neck.  I've only had them about a week, so time will tell, but so far, I love them.

A Restful, Good Night's Sleep

Pillow is firm and has cool feel, but it is high in the positioning of head for a side sleeper and causes a little neck ache.

This pillow is not really cool at all n when it is,as soon as your lay your head in it,its gone. Very disappointed and wouldn't suggest this at all for anyone trying a cool pillow.

This was an expensive pillow and I expected it to be as advertised. It was not. It was barely  filled so when you lay on it was flat. Also I thought the cooling element was a joke. It doesn't stay cool at all.  I'm very disappointed in this product.
