I would definitely recommend the book it's very interesting informative and even life changing can't put it down !!

I bought this book to read at the hospital while I am having Breast Cancer Surgery.  I actually bought 2, one for my and one for the person calmly waiting for me.  We can talk about what we can control (attitude on day of surgery) and what we cannot control.  I listened to a webinar by Mel and she is an awesome speaker.  I wanted something that would help me cope with the day; be positive; and take my mind away.  My two words of the year are focus and pivot and this book embodies that.  Thanks MEL!

You have had to worry about everyone. This book is your freedom train.
Retrain your thinking and stop worrying about the world it makes your life less stressful and easily. Just Let Them.

This book is an incredible resource! It will help you understand the reason that people waste so much energy on other people's opinions. I found it easy to read %26 tremendously helpful as a first-born daughter. Let people think what they want and just try to be the best version of yourself everyday! Loved it!!!!

Life changing for life's lemons!

I've read this book at least 5 times and every time I learn something new. Worth every penny. Mel won't let you down!

A much needed book if you're going through a bad time/relationship. It helped a lot- and I'm not even finished!

If you're dealing with thick headed ppl- A MUST!

This is an excellent book for those with anxiety and other issues. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that there were a couple places where I thought the author maybe made kind of harsh comments relating to her daughter but that is a Let them moment!
