The Secure PADS-1 Bed and Chair Alarm Set is a fall prevention alarm system designed to enhance the safety of elderly, dementia patients, and individuals at high risk of falls. This patient monitoring system alerts caregivers with an 80 dB alarm when a patient attempts to exit a bed, chair, or recliner. The alarm monitor automatically resets when pressure is re-applied to the sensor pad, or caregivers can reset it manually using the tamper-resistant reset button. The set includes a durable 12" x 30" bed sensor pad and a 12" x 12" chair sensor pad made for long-term use. These weight-sensing pads feature a liquid-proof, latex-free cover that ensures comfort and durability. The pads are foldable for convenient storage and are equipped with metal connectors, which prevent breakage compared to common plastic connectors. Included in the set is the SUA-1 Universal Alarm, designed for immediate caregiver alerts when a patient attempts to leave the bed or chair. Features include an 80 dB alarm sound, flashing alert light, and a low battery indicator. For patient safety, the SUA-1 is tamper-resistant and does not have an unsafe on/off switch that could be disabled by the patient. This complete fall prevention set comes with a 9V battery for easy setup and immediate use. Additionally, the SUA-1 alarm monitor can be converted into a personal pull-pin alarm system with optional cord/clip sets available in 2' or 4' lengths. The Secure PADS-1 Bed and Chair Alarm Set includes everything you need for immediate use: the SUA-1 Alarm Monitor (with a 1-year warranty), the 12" x 30" Bed Sensor Pad (with a 1-year warranty), the 12" x 12" Chair Sensor Pad (with a 1-year warranty), an AMH-1 Alarm Holder with Velcro strap, and a 9V battery.
