I'm a plumber, and bought this to replace my 15 year old Bernzomatic  brand. Seems to work just as good and at 1/3 the price, it was a no brainer. It's a little longer than my old one and a little tougher in tight quarters.  The adjustable flame is nice though.  Not sure on the longevity, of the plastic, but time will tell..
