Easy to install. Great set of headphones. my father has hearing loss and he uses these to hear his favorite tv programs. This is the second pair we have in the house.

Easy to get set up and the volume is fantastic.

This is a great product. Works great for those with hearing loss. They can adjust the volume to suit their needs. TV can even be on mute for everyone else and they can be listening through their headphones.

Worth the money!

My wife wears her RS 120 headphones almost 24/365 when she is home! She is on her 4th or 5th pair in like 10-15 years. These have been amazing headphones for her only issues we had is ear pads wear out but they make better softer replacements we keep on hand. This model is an Upgrade from the standard RS120 and HDR 120 she owns. Sennheiser has definitely been the best brand ever owned.

Liked my old set better. This set has only a volume control.  Old set also had a control for fine tuning the sound.  
Tax was too much.  Guess due to tariffs.

More like a 3.5 star rating.  It requires AAA batteries that will have to be replaced over time. The unit must be plugged into a cell phone charger for a 5 volt input before it will work. We ordered two units but we only needed to set up one base unit for both headsets to work.

I ordered a 3rd RS -120 because I have enjoyed them for years. This 3rd will not charge and I am profoundly disappointed in the product and the lack of response by Sennheiser since I notified them of non-performance. Waiting to see what action Sennheiser is going to do to make this right.
