This is the right size for me.  My main criteria was for valuables and document security during hurricane activity and flooding in Florida. This safe fits the bill.
There is one annoying quirk with this safe.  It accepts the opening code and beeps as if unlocked, however, pulling on the lever won't open the door every time.  I have to operate the keypad several times before it eventually unlocks.  Reading other reviews, other people have had to lubricate the opening mechanism to get it to open easily. Silicone spray lubricant on the locking pins seems to help.
Other than that, I am very happy with this safe.

It's is just the right size for what I wanted. To install my own code was easy just follow the instructions. No problem, now trying to come up with a place to put It, out of the way but easy to get to thanks a safe to fit my needs.

Replacing an older Sentry Safe. The combination no longer will open the safe, and don't feel comfortable, and not as convenient just using a key. New safe is the same dimensions with an electronic keypad and key. 4 Stars, because pulling the handle is a bit difficult.

Replacing old Sentry Safe

I just got the safe and it appears to be very well made, I hope to never have to find out how it performs after being subjected to fire and water. Everything works as expected.

My initial impressions of my new Sentry safe.

It seems sturdy, but sometimes the code doesn't open the safe. I can hear the mechanical parts reacting to the code entry but the deadbolts don't open far enough to allow the safe to open. I'd say this happens 50% of the time, and when it does I need to use the key to open the safe. It'll keep my things safe, but access is a bit of a hassle.

Sturdy but issues opening with code

The override keys do not work.  Since they were the key (no pun intended) reason I chose this model, it is very disappointing.  At first they stuck in the lock and I couldn't turn or remove them.  I final got them out of the lock, but after several more attempts, they still do not unlock the safe.

If the keys don't work, how can I trust this ?

The electronic key pad function stopped working after opening less that 10 times. I cannot open the safe with the code, only the key.

Electronic keypad not functional

The safe will not open with the code provided for the keypad. After trying to use the auxiliary battery troubleshooting suggestion, I noted that the manual lock was in the locked position. Because the safe has an override manual key but is inside the safe , I have requested another key to try and open the safe. After that arrives and I attempt to open the safe, if successful, I will again try using the code to see if the safe will open. If it still won't open my only recourse is to return it.
