This was my first time owning a chocolate fountain.  I would recommend  to use it before to better prepared for your party. 
The chocolate took a little long to melt and flow through.  The chocolate wasn't  flowing smoothly like shown on the video. 
It was easy to use and disassemble for clean up.!

I was really nervous about this chocolate fountain, not sure how to do everything for it and making sure it does work for my Halloween party I was having for about 50 people. It was a smash, everybody enjoyed it very much. I highly recommended it.

worked out well

My daughter asked for this for a party we had for her.  It was a smashing success at the party.  Everyone loved it.  It was easy to work - we had no problems at all.  It was quiet and worked perfectly.  We did order the Sephra chocolate to use - it worked well.  I heated the chocolate in the crock pot - it heats quickly - stir often so it doesn't burn/clump.  We would highly recommend!

Excellent product!!

I ordered this fountain for my daughter's Sweet 16 and it was a bonafide hit. I bought four bags of chocolate but ultimately I only needed two bags. However I would rather more than less.

It was wonderful!!!
