So far the product works as it was expected to.  The base unit  is easy to assemble and use.  One can adjust the pressure, cycle time and inflation patterns.  The pump is noisy but does deliver good pressure.  The hoses used to attach the pump to the inflation garment is a little on the short side.  This means you need to have the pump unit fairly close the inflation suit.  The kit came with more inflation garments than I was expecting, along with a header to attach more hoses but no additional hoses to use these parts or to use multiple pressure garments at the same time like being able to use both leg garments at the same time.  Overall it works as expected and is at a reasonable price point compared to others with similar features.  It's too early to tell if it will help me with my situation so time will tell.

An update to my prior review:
There is a small hatch on the bottom of the pump unit with a little instruction.  Open the hatch, remove the screw in there as per the note on the bottom of the unit.  The pump now runs much quieter.  I guess I missed this originally.

Update regarding pump noise

Claims to be for lymphedema but way too tight even for milder form.
Leg length too long for average height person and no way to adjust
