I really like the Pro 9 razor. This razor gives me a close shave with just a couple of times over my face. It doesn’t irritate my face and just glides over my face for a very comfortable shave. The cleaning and recharge station is as easy to use as pushing a button. I used to hate shaving but now I look forward to shaving everyday. Besides giving a close comfortable shave and being easy to clean and recharge the Pro 9 looks great on my vanity shelf.

Very easy to use

I purposely let my hair grow out a full week. Partly because I saved $60 ordering this online. Straight from the box let it charge then put it to the test. No water no cream just machine and it worked wonders. 
A few slow passes at first. I did open and brush it out a couple times. I've very impressed so far. If anything changes I'll come back to update.

I owned a Panasonic Arc5 prior to ordering this. The panasonic wore the foils and blades out too quickly for my taste. So I decided to give the Braun Series 9 Pro a try. What a positive change!  I have used pre-electric shave for years, so continued that practice. Nothing changed but my razor. With the Braun, I immediately noticed how much smoother and more efficient the shaver was. I also use Mennen after shave gel, and get a close shave with no pulling, even with 3-day growth on my heavy beard.

Great Smooth Shave

It's absolutely fantastic. A minute or two every morning for a nice clean fresh shaved look. And then put it back into the holder/charger and hit clean for a nice fresh shaved look tomorrow. Love it.

Fantastic

I have been using a Braun series 7 shaver for 6 years. When I got this new one, I was impressed with how sleek it looks. Looks is important to me as I have a nice bathroom and this will be sitting on the counter top. More importantly, though I always get nervous with electric razors, possibly giving me razor burn and this one did not. Compared to my previous razor. This one has an even smoother glide and doesn't leave my skin feeling irritated at all. I also find that it catches some of the short stubborn hairs that my previous razor could not. What's also cool about this device is it comes with the two cases. It comes with a more soft discrete case and then it also comes with the hard case that's a little bulky, but will charge your razor for you if you're gonna be gone for a period of time. The second attachment, I kind of fine to be a little pointless to be honest; not sure I'll actually use it.

It is ridiculous Braun doesn’t include on their website, or in the replacement parts for series 9 razors, any information regarding (Cleaning and Charging Station).  The whole item number nor the first 4 numbers, used to order replacement blades, and wash tanks, isn’t recognized.  You would think a link to take me to a site for retailers that could help me purchase new station.

Razors so reliable they outlast charging stations

It’s awful. The most expensive shaver I’ve ever purchased and I’m about to switch back to razors after 25 years bc of it.
7 days of beard? It struggled with 3 days out of the box.
The trimmer snags painfully, so do the screens. It’s torture to use and I’ve used many over the years. Must work well on some peach fuzz.

I bought this as a gift for my husband, and he did not want it. It is literally impossible to return or exchange it. I will never shop walmart.com again. I thought I was getting something from Walmart, not a third-party seller. Extremely disappointed.

Worst, overpriced junk ever! I have 2 of these and the on/off button just falls off! Warranty service is unhelpful and rude! DO NOT BUY!!! I cannot express that enough!
