Posture feels good, but you might want a butt pillow. Arms flip up, out of the way, but not really enough for guitar playing, but helpful for fitting it under a desk. Legs and arms have developed no serious visible marks like other chair's coated plastic parts. And not a hint of the dreaded "gangsta lean" yet!

I use to sit with a pillow behind me but with the lumbar support I got rid of the pillow. Comfortable chair but would have liked a little higher back so when I sit here and doze off my head wouldn't flop back.

Good lumbar support

I work from home and have been looking for an office chair that fit me comfortably. This is my 5th and final chair. The most important part is it is comfortable. I returned my seat cushion because it was not needed. Every chair I had was a bit hard but this one is perfect. Another issue I had with other chairs was the arm rest. Either they didn't move, weren't comfortable or to close. These move up and down, is far and high enough. I LOVE THIS CHAIR.

Comfortable

Love it.....after sitting on a hard-wood dining room chair for a week, this has been a blessing during this "stay-at home" coronavirus ordeal.    It has stopped my back from hurting and is very comfortable.   Shipping was a breezy and was very quick to receive it and it was easy to assemble.

My comfy office chair !

Not happy with this purchase. It was too much money to just be "okay". I expected more comfort and it feels the chair seat is too short from back to front so your legs are not totally supported underneath.  Also, the chair height at it's fullest/tallest is not tall enough for my regular sized desk. I am thinking about returning it. It is comfortable when it comes to how soft it is, but the other issues make it not the ideal chair I was looking for, and working from home I need comfort. Disappointed.

Just Okay

This chair is very durable and made with high quality materials. However, I found that it is giving back pain due to back curve lumbar support hence I couldn't be able to seat long hours to do task. It is also heavy so tilting and movement require some efforts. I also contacted on manufacturer number on bottom of the seat to help on back lumbar curve issue but they asked me to return. So, I decided to return and bought mesh task chair.

Not comfortable for long hours task

The chair looks of good quality but is small. It has no head rest and the width is only good for smaller men or women. Also the spring rate for reclining is too forceful making it a chore to lean back. If you were going to sit up straight all day at a desk it's fine. But as a relaxing type of chair, it fails.

Not for Larger People.

I saw this in-store with my mom and she really liked it based on look alone. However, she wasn't allowed to sit in it or touch it really based on the display unit being up on a tall shelf and locked down. It was out of stock in-store, so I went ahead and ordered it online for her. It arrived a couple days ago via FedEx. The box was a bit beat up and the feet-base was sticking out of the box on one side... I was worried that it would be damaged after waiting over a week for it to arrive. It seemed to be in okay-condition to assemble, even with the frustrating appearance of the packaging. The chair was very simple for me to assemble; only took 10 minutes or so. I got it set up and took a seat in it before my mom was able to see it and use it.... and WOW... This thing is TINY. I waited for her to take a seat in it without saying anything to see what her reaction would be in the chair that she picked out and liked in-store. She said the same thing about it being tiny....... The seat of the chair basically will fit your bottom, but very little thigh-coverage. It just isn't comfortable. My mom is 5'8" and very slim and she didn't like sitting in it. I am close to 6' and I felt like I was sitting on a wide bicycle seat. The chair material felt pretty good otherwise. The armrests were nice and comfy. However, the small seat alone is causing for a return. I am just frustrated that this is advertised as a manager's chair, when I think of that as an adult's chair. This would be great for a young kid or very petite person. However, if you are 5'8"  and/or weigh 175  lbs, I'd definitely take a look at some bigger chairs. You will most likely not be happy with the size and the height of the chair.

TLDR: Chair is nice, but is quite small. The seat will fit your bottom with very little thigh-coverage. The back to the chair is also very short, so it doesn't seat tall people very well. If you are 5'8"  or 175lbs , I'd take a look at some other options and check reviews based on size/fit before pulling the trigger on an order. Good luck!

Nice chair, but TOO SMALL

This is the most uncomfortable chair ever. Can't sit in longer then a few hours before I am hurting and wanting to destroy it. I have repeatedly tried to adjust it, but no difference at all. Do not buy complete waste of money, unless you want a chair to look at and not sit on.

Painful to use

This chair is awful! The seat is so shallow it feels like the “lumbar” support is trying to push you out of the seat. It is also VERY low! On the highest setting this chair will rise to my desk hits at my chest! It is super uncomfortable and NOT worth the money! I did a lot of research's and read tons of reviews before purchasing so I am extremely disappointed!

Don't waste your money!
