Love it! It is very comfortable and it was a great price. After trying it out, my husband wanted one too, but you were all out!

Serta air lumbar chair

Easy to put together, about 1/2 hr. total to unbox and assemble using the allen wrench provided.
Looks great and is comfortable for me, if a tiny bit on the small side for me.
One caution is that it would be a bit small for me if I were any bigger (I'm 6'1" and 220 lbs.).

This chair is THE best gift I ever bought for my husband, and I wish I had bought for him years ago.  He absolutely loves it, and looks like a real executive.  So comfortable!  Slides easily, and you can even rock a bit in it.  If you want to make someone really happy, this is the perfect gift.  AND, since I am EXTREMELY sensitive to chemicals, I am so happy that it does not smell.

I really like the comfort and looks of the chair, however, putting it together wasn't quite as easy as some claimed, only because my left arm of the chair wasn't totally aligned. But with a little perseverance I managed it. The key is to not tightened everything until you've got all  the pieces together, then go around

I purchase this Serta computer chair in May of 2022. As soon as I received it, it already had a damage on it. I should've return it then, but I didn't. Now the chair is ripping wabbling and coming apart. This chair isn't worth the money. It's garbage. The quality is horrible, and everything is already unstable. Don't waste your money. I don't recommend this product.

Disappointed In Serta

is is a chair shaped object. i taught that being a serta i would have the matress technology in a chair, but no! the seat and back rest are at 90 degree, witch is very uncomfortable. i can feel the springs in my butt, and the arm rest have so little cushioning that is wound my elbows. i ended up wrapping a towel around the armrest, secured with zip ties.... what a shame! it's not real leather either. i deeply regret my purchase, i don't recommend buying. help yourself, and keep shopping, this is a bad product.

Manager Office Chair

The chair leans too far forward.  Plus the lumbar pillow pushes you further forward giving me the feeling that I will tip right out of the darn thing.  I don not like it at all.  I will be looking for another chair, but have learned my lesson and will not be ordering it on line without sitting in it first.  I am only 1 week out of total hip replacement and am not supposed to be leaning that far forward.  The wheel base also seems to be smaller than my old chair.  I wonder if it would tip easily.  The only thing good I have to say is that it is a very nice looking chair.  I love the way it looks.
