I tried several office chairs and found this to be the most comfortable with the best combination of seat padding and back support. I am six feet tall so the Big and Tall appealed to me, but my wife is a relatively shorter person and she finds the chair just as comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is twice the price of the same chair I ordered from Walmart 4 years ago that I used up to 18 hours daily 6 days a week until parts started falling off and the wheels were broken. It was great until I used it up.

Great chair. Arrived in time(actually a day early), was easy to assemble and is very comfortable and sturdy. The only thing I found wrong was in the instructions for mounting the arms. The sticker for the front of the arms was actually attached to the back of the arms. It was very noticeable so did not present a problem. Very please with it.

Big and tall chair.

This chair is extremely comfortable. was very simple to assemble on my own. I usually need a lot of trying out before bying due to a back problem, but this was a perfect fit. adjust well for my needs, rollers are strong and smooth, and the chair feels like a much higher grade product. Well done!

Seat is comfortable, but has no adjustability, it is laid back a bit far with no forward adjustment because the arms are attached to the back of the seat. Which also means the arms are not adjustable and can't go under my desk which means I can't push it in correctly....

Definitely not a big and tall chair. It's actually smaller than the normal size chair I'm replacing. It's a bit uncomfortable to sit in, the back/lumbar does not adjust at all. And after only a few weeks, I'm seeing it start to sink forward and to the left already. I regret my purchase. On the plus side, Walmart delivery was quick and easy.

If you're expecting a big chair, buy something else.  This chair is small.  Too small for me and I weigh 250lbs.  I wish they'd be more accurate with the description.

Definitely NOT for Bigger People

We had the same chair for many years and it was used daily, so we ordered another one since we were so happy with it. However: Does not suit either a big or tall person. My 6'2” husband cannot sit on this seat due to the narrow redesign of the arms, and the top of the chair is at shoulder height and does not support the upper back or head. The arms are u forgiving and cannot be moved out of the way and are very painful on the legs
