Love my chair

I have purchased a number of office chairs over the years.  After much trial and error I look for two things in a chair now, materials and comfort.  This is a full leather, real wood and steel constructed chair, that when combined, makes a most comfortable chair that will last many years.  A nice added feature is the lumbar support, that lets you adjust how much or how little lumbar support you need that day.  Over all, a very comfortable chair, that looks great, and is built to last many years, that is worth every penny.

A very classy, comfortable well made chair.

For the cost and brand of the chair I was disappointed. I find the back of the chair to be tilted back, even when it is set to the most upright position.  This can become very uncomfortable when sitting in it for 8+ hours a day. I find myself putting a pillow behind my back, so I can sit up straight. In addition, I would have thought the seat would be cushioned better. When sitting in it I feel the hard surface under the cushion, which tells me the cushion is not very thick. For it being a Serta chair, I expected a better quality chair. Lastly, the arm of the chair was received with a scuff mark on the trim.

Serta chair did not live up to the Serta name.
