These pillows were purchased to replace some others that were causing my shoulder pain because they were too firm.  These pillows are both supportive and soft, an excellent balance.  They are firmer in the center area and softer along the edge, my neck is supported and my shoulder pain issue has been solved.  I sleep hot and not once have I woken up from my head getting too hot.  I hope that holds up as the weather gets warmer.

Ok these pillows are not what I was expecting. I've never actually seen a pillow like this before. I was expecting cool touch memory foam but got memory foam clusters instead idk how I feel about it bc this can't be cleaned so idk.

The pillow smelled very strongly of mildew.  I washed it in the washing machine with a bit of bleach and fabric deodorizer and the smell came out.  I don't think someone with allergies could tolerate it though.  

The pillow itself is very supportive and soft.

It's much too soft there's not enough filling in there so there's no support I have to put two of those pillows together to get some support for my head and neck and I don't feel the cooling that it said it would give me and I'm surprised because that's sort of made by Serta but they're nice the good quality made it's just they're not cooling and they're not firm enough

i have a cooling pillow that i have had for 10 years and it is starting to lose its cool ssi i ordered these.  they are not at all cool or comfortable.  they quickly listed their shape and do not conform as my other one did.  they were inexpensive so i just kept them. had i paid more i would have returned them.

Cooling gel memory foam pillows a

100%Polyester is what the tag says . No mention of Serta. A fake knock off $2 pillow. Made in China and finished in the US. I'm not just saying that the tag does. Bought it around Christmas for my guest bedroom,soot took a couple of days for me to actually pull them out of the packaging to realize they were garbage.

Not GEL or FOAM or SERTA, NO LABELS

I have had the Serta Cooling pillows for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I have tried without the pillowcase with a pillowcase and neither way has any cooling effect whatsoever. they are filled with cut up foam and are hard to refluff without putting in dryer. I would not recommend these pillows as they lose support , hard to maintain, and do not provide the advertised cooling effects. I am very disappointed as they are serta sleeper brand!

It does not conform whatsoever. The stuffing just smooshes out of place and gets lumpy. Or it just moves  all to one side. It doesnt stay cold, it holds sweat, and its just uncomfortable. I do not enjoy it. I do not recommend.
Maybe I got a bad one. or bad 2
