We bought this mattress two weeks ago and from the first night we could feel a bump in the middle. Visually it is not noticeable but when you lie on it you feel a slope towards the edge. This is mattress is defective but the manufacturer does not consider it defective until the indentation is at least 1.5". The mattress is also very heavy and has no handles to put on the fitted bedsheet it is very difficult to lift the corner. Do not buy this mattress.

Bump in the middle

The mattress sinks much deeper on one side than the other. It is uncomfortable and seems to have led to a back ache. This makes it difficult to sleep approx a foot from the edge  - this reduces the sleep surface. Also, it is not cool after couple of hours; the heat builds up and you start sweating.  The manufacturer's warranty is not of much use as it is extremely difficult to prove a defect unless the defect is visible without any weight. Also, the customer has to pay a fee for an inspection. The retailer's White Glove delivery is actually not very good - the delivery guys rammed the mattress through a narrow opening and could have caused the damage. Also, there is a fee for their 100 day comfort guarantee. Would not recommend this mattress.
