Assembly

Really nice and got it before the arrival date,

Surprised when the box came I didn't think our couch was in it. My grandson and I put the couch together with any tools. Easy to follow instructions. Took about 15 minutes to put together. That was great! We were surprised. However, the picture of the color I was buying was NOT the color I received. I had to get a couch cover. It looked like a higher couch, but it is a lower one. Not good for my 6'8” husband and I. When I tried to get up it is hard for me. It is comfortable when you lay on it- I fell asleep, it was not why I laid on it but was a nice nap!

Easy to assemble with 2 people

Relatively simple to assemble. Bolt does not match up accurately thus the back on the one side does not line up correctly. Not comfortable to sit on.   Would not recommend to anyone.

Definitely a poor quality sofa. Easy to assemble but was poorly made. Picture shows armrests sewn crooked and haphazardly..Very ,very small. Child size..luckily Walmart as always good about customer satisfaction and immediately had them picked up and refunded full price.

Returned due to poor quality

This was the worst purchase I ever made the price doesn't match the purchase I wanted to return it because I was not satisfied.  I was sent a replacement instead the plywood is exposed on the back of the couch I had to place it against the wall so no one can see it

I don't like it

Save your money and put it towards something else! I bought this because it was the size I was looking for and a good price point. It was easy to put together but it is NOT worth the money. The cushions are already sunk in and i've only had it 1 month. I also work 12 hour days and am only home for an hour a day. the back cushions are poorly velcroed on so everytime you sit or move, the cushion comes off the velcro. This was the worst purchase decision i've made.

SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Complete joke. Comes in a tiny box. I asked for a return right away and I never even got a response.

Don't waste your money!

Waste of money!!!  I have only had this sofa for 2 months and it is torn!  The sofa is hardly even sat on and when it is it's no more than the weight of 1 person.  I am beyond upset right now that I literally threw $400 out the door!

Serta should pay people to take this couch off their hands. Took a long time to put together because not all holes lined up correctly. The flap on the back of the couch doesn't fully close. Couch back and seat cushions are not firm whatsoever. We're not overwight people and we just sink in. Don't waste your time or money. Serta should stick to mattresses. They suck at furniture.

The couch in the picture is not what you will receive. It sits very low to the ground and the pillows are flat. It looks very cheap and not sturdy. When you sit down you sink very low. It's hard to get back up.Not worth $400. Buyer beware!
