walmart.com

Great value. Clothing and skin just perfect. Try it ! You will never use any other detergent for your laundry needs !

Best Laundry Detergent !!!

Got this due to son having eczema. Didn't think it would leave the clothes with a fresh smell but it did and they feel cleaner. So weird but pleasantly surprised!

Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Price was a little bit higher than I would have liked (but thats just the economy). Walmart had the best price available that I could find.

Very gentle on our senior citizen skin and good value for the money. All of our everyday laundry comes out looking and smelling nice and fresh. The only soil that it does not remove completely is socks that are black from working out in the yard without proper shoes or boots. We are completely satisfied with this detergent!

Try it you will like it!

I appreciate this brand because I am allergic to so many things including soaps and such. now I do not itch when I put on my clothing and that's exactly what I was looking for. I also have eczema and it helps with that also. I don't mean it heals it but it makes it so I don't itch as much.

great product clean clothes

I switched to this from another brand after buying a new high efficiency washing machine. It meets my needs and I'm happy with it. I'll continue to buy it.

Works great

My 2 1/2 year old has very sensitive skin. I have also used Gain on his clothes and my daughter's clothes since they both were born. Within the last 6 months my son has really started to break out all over pretty bad so I have asked other mothers and I have done some research on my own. Everyone has suggested The Seventh Generation so I ordered some. So far it is working pretty well and his break outs have really slowed down. So grateful for my Walmart so I could order it quickly and start trying it. I do recommend this product to anyone who his kids with sensitive skin.

Trying something new, but seems to be great

Cleans very well, has no fragrance ( I have allergies) and no nasty chemicals. Not sure about stains because I use a separate stain remover. It also is fine to use on dark loads because it doesn't have optical brighteners, which can make your dark clothes fade. I love it! Just one thing is annoying: the label says you should rinse out the cap after every use and dry thoroughly. Why?????

Something happened to this product.
Whether that is reformulation or bad batches IDK.
I've used this on and off for years and never had this happened before. This bottle now has a higher per load recommended usage amount = 1.5 oz (used to be 1 oz) and still the clothes come out smelling bad. Like BAD dirty laundry smell- worse than they smelled before washing. Even upping to 2 oz per load the smell remains.
I promise it's not because I can't read a label (I know every soap has a different usage recommendation) or that I overload or just don't know how to use the washer. The washer is not broken- the other brand works fine. I've been doing the household laundry for going on 40 years now. So.
As I said this has never happened before (with any soap I've ever used!) but I notice other reviews mentioning the same thing about this soap. I won't be buying it again.

No longer recommend

This new green cap is terrible, the last two containers I purchased have them and they leak terribly and have wasted so much product. I use seventh gen for my dish soap and laundry but if they dont change this cap backk to the clear one or something better I will be moving onto another brand.

green cap is terrible wasted product

Seventh Generation Free & Clear Liquid Laundry Detergent fragrance-free HE formula for standard and HE machines, plant-based, works in all water temperatures, USDA Certified 97% Biobased and septic safe. Often used for pre-treating stains or hand-washing delicates.
