I buy this because it doesn't have any harsh chemicals in it. I try to stay away from chemicals and everything that I use. I think it works well for my purposes. Not sure how well it would work if you had a lot of greasy dishes, something I don't have.

Great dish soap. Like other soap it doesn't take a lot of water to wash off. Does the job of cleaning perfectly without any overwhelming odor or perfume. Very faint smell to the soap and not skiddy at all. Since it's seventh generation I know it's environment friendly and definitely safe on hands.

I get no allergic reactions like I do from normal commercial brands. No need for rubber gloves every time I touch anything in the sink. Cleans just as well.

Plant-based cleaning at its best!! It has a pleasant scent; lathers easily, and effectively cleans dishes with a lot of soap suds and soap-cleaning power.

I love Seventh Generation products due to them using plant-based, safe nontoxic ingredients. This smell of fresh citrus & ginger is so refreshing & natural, not strong smelling. It cuts through grease effectively & rinses clean leaving the dishes spotless. I little goes a long way when using.

love this product. i used to wear gloves because all other brands of soap had my skin hard, cracking and just so rough. even the most expensive soaps. i came upon this product, reading reviews , i decided to try it. No other brand can compare this product does me justice and i can take my gloves off when i need to get down in the kitchen. hands are smooth again, i even use alittle of bleach to kill off more germs and works wonders

I like this dish soap. I don't feel like it dries out my hands, so I'm happy in that department.

While I'm using it, I don't really notice a scent, so I wish the scent was a little stronger. That's really all that's keeping me from shouting from the rooftops about this soap. It has good suds, so I will keep using it, but I'll try another scent. Scent strength is really the only negative and it's so minor. It's just washing dishes has so few rewards (other than clean dishes lol), so a nice smell is really a plus. It smells REALLY nice; I just have to smell it right out of the bottle to catch the scent.

I love that it's gentler on the environment. This feature grows more and more important to me. It's a really great price for this amount of dish soap too. I don't have a dishwasher, so dish soap is pretty important to me and I notice if it's horrible to may hands or doesn't suds well.

Overall, I'm happy with this and will keep getting it. It's a great value and better for the environment.

This is nice dish soap. Will buy again.

This is one of my all time favorite soaps. I use it everywhere!....kitchen and bathroom...for cleaning and for washing hands. A little goes a long way and it leaves your hands feeling nice and clean and soft. I also love the citrus-y fragrance! Doesn't smell perfume-y which is good because I'm allergic to things like that. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

One of my all time favorite soaps!

This Seventh Generation dish soap works well to remove grease and other debris when I handwash dishes and glasses. Unlike some other environmentally-friendly dish soaps I've used, this creates good suds so that I feel that it's actually doing it's job. The bonus is that I love the Clementine/Lemon Grass scent.

Love the gentleness and the scent.

I usually buy 7th generation unscented,  since I have chemical sensitivities and fragranced products make me sick. Unscented wasn't available, so, I tried this.  7th generation uses essential oils,  which don't usually make me sick.  The scent is very soft and I didn't get sick. So, I would guess they actually do use essential oils.  Good to know.

Love the product, but ordered it via walmart.com for ship to home and it arrived with soap leaked out onto the bottle which occurred either in shipping or it was like that when it was packed.
