I prefer seventh Generation dish detergent over all other brands because it is gentle on my sensitive skin, rinses quickly and thoroughly, has a nice citrus aroma, and an average price. But always check if there is a shipping price because - it could be high with Walmart.

I was so tired of dish soap with an overpowering strong sweet artificial fragrance that clings even after excessive rinsing, and doe not cover a chemcial smell that shows up when rinsing.  I was almost convinced it was the water smelling like chemicals.

Then I tried 7th Generation.

What a pleasant surprise.  No chemical smell, a pleasant very light natural fragrance, plus it cuts grease.  
What's not to like . . . except, it remains a mystery why clean products not damaging to healthy that are less costly to manufacture, cost more.

Why did I wait so long to try 7th Generation

It smells like a big bowl of assorted citrus fruits, due to the natural citrus oils, and doesn't sap all the moisture from my skin like literally everything else. Don't even mess with the Palmolive and Dawn, this stuff goes far and does a good  job, while being gentle and smelling great. Something to consider is that the name brands are more concentrated, but even taking that into account this is still a great product, and a great value.

Smells great, doesn't kill my hands

The Zest %26 Lemongrass scent is super fresh but not overpowering. It cuts through grease and messes way better than I expected from a plant-based soap. Plus, with little kids in the house and sensitive skin to think about, I love that there are no harsh chemicals. It's gentle on my hands and I feel better knowing it's a safer option. Works great, smells amazing, and feels good to use — I will be purchasing more.

Smells great %26 Safe for my family

Best natural dish soap on the market ... Nice scents, but not overpowering. Also does not leave a residue scent or taste on your dishes like some popular brands do, natural or chemical. Good amount of suds, good cleaning power. Also doesn't leave your hands smelling like perfume. I also noticed a few years ago the company adjusted manufacturing so the dispenser lid caps would flip upward to the side or back preventing them from getting in the way or dispensing the soap... it's been consistent for years !! Good company and ethics.

Best natural soap on the planet, clean, no residue

Like that it suds up. It cuts through the grease pretty good. Dishes feel and look clean. No after residue or smells . Also good for your septic tank if you got one.

Love that this is non toxic and does a decent job.    This scent is amazing kinda smells like FRUITY Pebbles cereal lol.     Anyways, really good product and I definitely recommend you try this.

Non toxic dish soap

I feel like I am using a bit more of this cleaner versus other cleaners. I think it's because there isn't as much suds. You know how we are used to seeing bubbles, bubbles, bubbles. I don't have complaints as far as the cleaning ability. It gets grease off of dishes and it smells so good!

Good cleaner and nice smell

I like it, and the scent. It isn't harsh on my hands and does a good job on my dishes. I have copper utensils, and it does not leave a haze or spots on them, it rinses off well from them and glassware, and cleans off grease well. I can't say it is better than others at cutting grease, I don't cook a lot of greasy foods, but I am pleased with the job it does.

Good value

i didnt feel l I ke it cut thru the grease. i had to wash dishes, then rinse and repeat in order to feel like they were clean. so used twice as much soap and had to do the dishes twice. So , double the work.
