I really like this hand wash. It cleans well without drying my hands and has a soft, pleasant scent. We use it every day at home, and it leaves our hands feeling clean and fresh. It's gentle enough for the whole family and does its job well. I recommend it.

I purchased this hand soap because I needed something simple and minimalist for washing hands in the kitchen. I used to buy products from the 7th generation brand for a long time, and they suit me very well. As for this soap, I like that it doesn't dry out my hands due to its gentle surfactants. It also contains aloe vera and composition is simple yet effective. The lack of fragrance is definitely a plus because different family members prefer different scents, and a fragrance-free option naturally satisfies everyone. I also like that the packaging is not flashy and doesn't create visual noise. The price is normal. I see no reason not to continue buying products from this brand.

The hand soap is excellent, but the fact that they've discontinued the refill bottle is a 0 star. I'm sick of scrambling to find fragrance free/unscented hygiene products only to have yet another company discontinue them. It's leaving so many in the lurch and not fair to those with health issues at all.

We've been using this for many years, elated to have finally found a fragrance-free hand soap we liked from an environmentally ethical company.  Seriously rethinking their whole product line now that they've discontinued the 24-oz. refill size.  Absolutely will NOT be purchasing twice as many bottles with UNRECYCLABLE pumps on them when we always pour the soap into our permanent dispensers anyway.  Guess it's time to search for a replacement.   :-(

Superb soap, horrible choice to get rid of refills

This rating is for the lack of sustainability.  I've been looking for an economical ecofriendly hand soap without fragrances and finally landed on Seventh Generation only to find that you no longer offer larger refill sizes.  What a shame.  This company is no longer following it's core mission and purpose.  It's obvious that once it was purchased by Unilever that profits for the rich shareholders became the priority.  I will never buy your handsoap again.

Packaging no longer Sustainable

I love the soap but now they are no longer offering large refills and forcing people to buy small bottles of 8. For a company that says their “sustainable,” this seems to be a step backwards. I am no longer buying your products.

Hypocritical company!

Bring back the large refill size! 
Why are we being forced to purchase small bottles and create more waste?

Loved this soap. Will have to buy a new brand now that the company has decided to be wasteful and no longer offer refills.

Love the soap but leaving a 1-star because the refill option has been discontinued. I originally had the refill option on autoship and I received individual bottles today instead. WHY would this company opt to move backwards in sustainability and choose to put so much plastic in our landfills? TERRIBLE! Switching to another company. GOODBYE!

BRING BACK THE LARGER REFILLS

we love the free and clear hand soap from seventh generation, but like many of the other customers here, we miss the refill size bottles they used to sell. Those larger sizes were perfect for refilling the soap dispensers around our house. We'll unfortunately be switching to another brand until they bring those back.

Please bring back the refills!
