This fan provides enough cooling for what we need, and it is a lot less expensive than an air conditioner too. Definitely a great purchase.

Good quiet fan. Price is on high side.

It works well, however, we believe we got a returned item that wasn't checked before reshipping. The reasons we believe it was

- some oddly placed packaging inside the box

- battery didn't work in remote

- the base didn't click into the tower. My husband and I both bud items, so we made one of the holes larger to fit the tower in. It couldn't securely stand beforehand. 

If the item was returned, I wished the seller (Walmart or third party) had checked the item before reshipping.

We didn't return this as we could easily fix the problems.
