I like it better than my Dyson. Lighter and picks up more dirt. Brush head is smaller than dyson so it's more maneuverable. Dyson came with more assessories but I hardly used them anyways.

Great vacuum! Doesn't come with all parts such as the attachment holder and extra hose. It does however work very well. I used to clean houses and I had a shark and it never failed on me!

Great vacuum!

This is a great vacuum for the price point. Convenient, light, holds the charge well. Doesn't have a wall charger and you have to change the head to get good performance on stairs, but miles ahead of the super cheap stick vacuums and nowhere near the investment of a Dyson.

Excellent vaccum

I needed a new cordless vacuum. Owning a Dyson for many years I thought I would give this one a try and it works better than the Dyson at a fraction of the price.

Great cordless vacuum.

Ever since my first Shark Dustbuster I have been Shark's #1fan.  I've owned their lite weight vac with a cord and purchased the new cordless about a month ago.  The suction is amazing.  It's super easy to charge and clean.  ONLY one suggestion, Mr. Shark, would be to add little lights along the front in order to see the small crumbs. Maybe the next model.  Thank you!!

Shark Does It Again!

Bought this one to replace my old B&D cordless for the kitchen.  Due to cat and my long hair though wished I had gotten the one with the self cleaning brush head but my mistake.  Still love this one for the suction and ease of empting the vacumn.  Fast with recharging too.

Great little vacumn

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall it's good but i don't like 2 things is it's don't have wall mount holder and the power isn't strong enough.

Vaco

After returning two other vacuums, this one is pretty good! Great suction and very light. Cons: no wall mount, you have to disconnect the top part for storage as it cannot stand up on its own. But overall I'm happy with the product.

Good product

Put it together, started to use it, and discovered the roller brush was not working, and the red light indicator said something was stuck in the brush. Since I had not vacuumed anything up, that was impossible. Followed the directions, took it apart, put it back together with no success. Contacted their customer service, and the AI generated help told me to do exactly what I had already done. Sent me four copies of the instruction booklet that I had already followed. Took it back for a refund and bought an alternate brand.
