Quality

Operates with great suction and is easy to maneuver.

Can last all day, but drains quickly with heavy use.

Includes attachments for efficient removal.

The motor is quite powerful. You can feel it kick in your hand when you turn it on. The USB-C charging is convenient. I can use the provided adapter or a basic usb-c plug, but I've avoided trying a high-power adapter (65W) in case it fries the circuitry. A decent full charge usage but of course it will go down over time. More nozzle adapters (like a brush) would be nice but overall very good for the price.

Very powerful

I think It's the best value for the buck you can get. Plenty of suction and it just does a great job. Great price too. I'm very happy with it.

Best value for the buck

I call the cyclone pet my little buddy because he has become my best friend. He is so easy to handle, light weight, excellent suction, pickups my hair holds a lot of dust and charges up fast.

My new best friend

sharkninja.com

I bought this a month or so ago and I canNOT say enough AWESOME things about it!!! I love, love, love it! It has great suction and is so handy to have around. I use it everyday to sweep up after brushing my hair, to sweep up after my grandkids eat. You can put the little brush on it and clean your blinds! It actually cleans them and doesn't just move the dust around. I have told my family and friends about it and even bought one for my son! It is one of the best investments I have ever made! Can you tell I LOVE this handheld vacuum!? Thank you, Shark, for making a tool that makes my cleaning so much easier!

LOVE IT!!!

After a month of usage it's working well. Good suction, good battery life, and charges quickly. However, not having a wall mount available is a big miss. When not in use or charging it's just kind of in the way. All our other hand vacs had a convenient mount, this is the first vac that left out that feature.

Good vacuum, needs a wall mount

Shark Ninja

I just ordered a wand vac and it's much stronger suction! I've tried hard to like this handheld but it's so weak it really only picks up light crumbs. Shark vacuums are usually amazing. I think they should discontinue this one though.

Weak suction

sharkninja.ca

Wanted to love this vacuum because I love other shark products. However, after its initial 6 hour charge, it only lasted 10 minutes. The suction was fine. Would not recommend, especially at such a high price point and that it brags about a long battery life. Going back to a black and decker for a hand held vacuum.

Short battery life

It's just ok. I'd be better off using a manaul upholstery brush and pulling the hairs away. The attachment doesn't let go of the hair enough to get sucked back into the vacuum. I have two domestic long hair cats. In addition, the nozzle is narrow, meaning i'm going over an area more often than if the nozzle was wider, thus covering more surface area.

I wish I could return it...keep your receipt!

Battery lasts not even two minutes. Suction power is so weak. Do not recommend

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever shark product that I haven't liked. First of all the suction on this vacuum is so bad it hardly picks anything up, the hair removal tool is just confusing and doesn't do anything to actually get hair off the ground. It might If the suction was better. It came with one extra attachment which was fine, but there is nowhere to put it, there isn't a spot on the handheld to attach it so it doesn't get lost, or a case/bag to store it. I'm just highly disappointed in this handheld vacuum I expected more from this. Would return if I could.

Shockingly bad
