My floors are getting clean because of the steam that comes out of it. The mop heads that come with it,  do a good really  job of picking up the dirt. Overall, this is the only kind of mop I will use. Walmart sells them cheaper than Amazon for the same thing.

It is light weight and easy to use.  Gets rid of sticky spills and muddy paw prints in no time at all and the floor is dry after cleaning.   The only thing that I would change is a larger tank to hold more water.  The cleaning pads wash up great and clean for the next use.  The pad have a tight fit so that they are not coming of during cleaning.  The only thing that I would like to see changed is a larger water tank.

Great to really clean the floors

I am so glad I bought this. I have super clean floors now, i've done the wipe the floor where i've cleaned with a white wash clothe test. It was spotless. I love this machine,and i'm steaming every week now. It only takes me about 15 minutes to clean each floor. The water tank contains 2 of the inclosed container with water. And every time i change plug ins, i top the water off,so i've always got water.It also has a pretty long cord. It also drys very quickly. No chemicals and steaming is actually fun. Every one without carpeting should try this.

This steam mop makes my life so much easier. Not only does it gets my floors clean fast and easy, it also sanitizes them. I now spend half as much time mopping, i know I'm not just pushing germs around, and the pads are machine washable so I'm not spending more money every month on disposable ones. This was definitely a worthwhile investment.

I have tile throughout my home, and with tile you can never tell if it is dirty or not. And moping it did not really seem to do anything. So my cleaning lady told me to get this. I love it. I did my bathroom first and I saw dirt coming up, it wasn't horrible and dirty but there was dirt. This product cleaned all my tile in 1 hour, this is 4 different big rooms in 1 hour. And I only had to refill once. I spent a little extra time in the bathrooms the first time. Now it only takes 20 minutes because it isnt so dirty anymore. It is fast and handles nicely, I like that you can flip the bottom so you can use both sides of the clothe. It came with 3 clothes and I wash it every time. They really hold together great. This is great for a spill, I spilled wine in my kitchen and it was getting into my grout, and I used the steamer and it all came right out. I some times even use it just to clean up the spilled water around my dogs water bowl, the clothe is so absorbent.

Love it, who needs a mop? NOT ME!

Worth every penny! My sister bought this and we tested it! I was amazed at the amount of dirt being lifted from the tiles that actually looked clean! Not using chemicals is a huge plus when there are little ones in the household. I immediately purchased one for me and raved about it to friends. We are now shark enthusiasts! The setup was super easy. Didnt need the instructions! The cord  is long, which makes it possible to cover larger areas. I combine this with my Shark IQ R100 robot vac and my tile and wood floors have never looked better. The steam gets going pretty quickly and you start gliding along the floors. The floors dry surprisingly fast! It has a pumping feature that creates extra steam, which works great on the tile grout or stains. At first it's hard to notice bc the grout is obviously wet but when it dries, you can see the difference. Love this steam mop and will be gifting this at baby showers and weddings Lol! It's a must have in every household!

This is my first experience with a steam mop. It does a good job cleaning, floors dry quickly. I love not having to wring out a mop and like the way it turns to reach the corners 

The description of the cord states 3 different lengths (20, 25 and 30) which was confusing. Since 20 would work for my area, I ordered it. The length listed on the box is 18, which is about 2 short.

I had this Shark Steamer delivered to the local store for pickup.  It was undamaged and well packaged.  It required minimal assembly and the instructions were easy to follow.  I wish the product description had indicated the need for distilled water (recommended) as I would have had some on hand.  The mop heated up in less than a minute and the steam is easy to dispense with a natural forward and backward motion.  Our kitchen floor is ceramic tile.  At first I couldn't tell whether it was really cleaning, but the cleaning pad soon turned dark, and almost every stain came off the tile.  It did not do a good job removing gunk from the grout.  After one use these are my observations:  1) the second cleaning head and pad provided for cleaning corners is interesting but I don't know how much I will use them. 2) The cleaning pad I did use cleaned up nicely when laundered by itself in a small washer load.  3) Our kitchen floor is extra large, but I was able to complete the whole surface with two tank fill-ups.  4) After vacuuming the floor in preparation for using the Shark, and then running the Shark, it was very easy for me to see small areas that needed a spot cleaning with Lestoil on a rag because they were oily or greasy.  5) There's a fundamentally wholesome feeling knowing that the kitchen floor has just been steam sanitized and there were no potentially problematic chemicals involved.  6) The floor looked nice too.  7)  For semi-annual major cleanings, we will likely still enlist our much heavier, time intensive hard surface floor cleaner that uses cleaning solution. However, the Shark will be the appliance we turn to for weekly cleaning because it is so small, lightweight and convenient.

Lightweight, makes a difference

it doesnt use the entire pad .when i steamed my floors.it picked up dirt on some  of the pad,  its like   stean head has highpoints not anlevto utilize the entire pad.The head  just  flops all over the place ,since you can flip the head over and use other side.youre steaming straight,then  the head flops to left,the next thing you know, youre off the grid pattern,that you were on.the steam  lasts maybe 5  minutes .out of all the steamers ive had over the years this one is the worse.. my old shark 20 yrs ago worked far better than this one ..oh yes you cant see a fill line they dont mark it on machine or the cup that comes with  it.using the cup i filled it an inch from top,i laid the shark flat on floor, poured the  water in,it didnt go half way up inside the tank,theres a window that u can see tank water in if you back light your shark you get 2 pads with it.ts flimsy,in order to get steam you constantly  have to  pump it does ho up and down while your steaming it was easy to put together,snap on handle and steamer head.

I just bought a steam mop from walmart. I plug in but no steam coming out I keep pushing the pump but nothing. Blue light is on so its power on. I'm so frustrated and annoyed. I hate dealing with stuff like this thank god it never happened before
