(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This vacuum is great for small spaces and quick vacuuming after a mess. I love the power detect, the self empty option and the fact that it's cordless. The lights show you all the dirt you need to remove and the edge detect gets the hidden dirt. I will say that whenever the edge is a centimetre or so off the ground, it doesn't detect it. My home is a two story decently sized house and so I can't vacuum the entire house all at one once since the battery life doesn't last it. So if you really want to be one and done when vacuuming, the Shark® Cordless PowerDetect™ Clean & Empty
System is a better choice. It's the most expensive shark cordless vacuum (in 2025), with the best battery life.

Better than imagined! We had Dyson for years and hate them so much. Shark is so much better! The price, the quality and craftsmanship. Couldn't have asked for a better vacuum.

Better than expected!

I actually bought a Dyson and this in the same day….Shark for my sister and the Dyson for me. The shark was on sale. The Dyson was not. I used my sister's shark and immediately regretted buying the overpriced Dyson. The shark is much easier to use and has more options. Save your money if you are in between the two.

We have a husky (dog hair everywhere). I've tried just about everything.  This by far is the best vacuum I've ever had! Even tho it's pricy, it's totally worth it. I also have health issues and this is not heavy and kind of self propels.  So it was easy to use.   Added bonus for me!

This thing is a beast!

I bought this vacuum almost a month ago. I was looking for a vacuum that could handle long hair and pet hair without getting wrapped in the beater bar. I also wanted the feature of the auto emptying system to minimize dust getting into the air. This vacuum meets my expectations in those areas. I have not had to clean any hair off the beater bar and the self-emptying system works well with one exception which I will mention. I am concerned about the longevity of this vacuum. It feels flimsy and cheap, like it could break. So my family treats it carefully. The other flaw I discovered was the magnet system that locks dust trap on the vacuum attracts any metal that the vacuum picks up and I have to regularly clean the magnet so that the dust trough will shut properly and or empty properly.

Great for pet hair and long human hair

I got an amazing deal on this around Black Friday.  It is a great lightweight vacuum with no cords.  Of course, like all cordless vacuums I wish the battery life was a little better.  I love being able to grab it quickly and vacuum up messes after meals.  Never thought I would love a self-emptying vacuum so much.  Now I can't  live without it.  Picks up quite a bit being so lightweight.  I absolutely love that it comes with a stand.  I will only buy one with a stand.  I do not want to have to mount it (what if I want to move it to another area).

Great lightweight vacuum.  Great Price

I do really like this vacuum but I have a dog with long hair and it can clog up fairly easy. I have learned it's not for vacuuming everywhere, at least not in my house after 3 kids and pets. It does work beautifully on my hard floors and area rugs but I do have to pick up anything bigger than a dime size item or it gets clogged.

Great for daily use on hard floors!

This 450 dollar product from shark has too many unknowns and, the battery light and eco start flashing, to my understanding this means it has a short or overcurrent in the battery. it turns on then immediately turns off and starts flashing

Stop working in 3 days

Does not do that great on carpet and there is a manufacturer flaw in the dust bin as little particles are collecting inside the little bin and it won't empty! There's no way to get this dirt out of the bin and it just keeps collecting in it

I was expecting better

Was great the 1st use but after that it's no better than any other vacuum.. Yeah it empties itself but it gets gunked up in the handle end clear cannister with dust & pet hair in  the one spot that you absolutely can't get to at all to clean out. The trap door gets jammed with any tiny metal fragments the vacuum picks up & the doesn't close right & it's next to impossible to get the tiny piece of metal off of the door magnets which results in poor suction. After about 3 months the tube connectors  wear & get wobbly and lastly, the battery life is very short.

I can't recommend
