Love it! I didn't realize how much better steam mopping was until I bought this Shark steam mop. First time using a steam mop, and I'm never going back.

Great purchase!

We had a Shark Genius steam mop that worked very well for over 12 years of very frequent use. When it finally died getting a new one was an easy decision.

These things last a LONG time.

Just purchased, so no long history of using this steam mop, but I was introduced to this cleaning tool when I observed the great job it did, when someone else was using one.  It cleans very well and leaves very little moisture on the floor, therefore I feel confident in using it on hardwood floors.
The handle design makes it very easy to manoeuvre and therefore relieves stress in lower back.

A Great Tool to Have in Your Cleaning Routine

Really excellent functionality. The mop pad comes off easily and goes easily. Love it. 3 different steam levels are fantastic.

The mop works really well, but you'll need several mop heads. Once the mop is dirty, you'll need to change to a clean one and then wash them all together. The mop heads wash up really well.

Excellent product! It cleans incredibly well, and makes my floor look brand new again! I use half water, half vinegar/lemon essential oil. Love it!

Super clean floors

Both this product about a year ago and only used it a total of approx. 15 times and now the steam doesn't work. Have tried everything. It's been a waste. Please pay the the extra warranty if you want to maximize your money.
