I love this thing! It does a really good job. It moves from Hard floors to area rugs easily. I have cats and it really helps keep up with hair and other dirt that gets tracked in from outside. It makes my busy schedule less hectic if I have more time for other things and not running the vacuum and sweeping as much.
It will get caught up in cords or shoe strings if they are left out.
I've only had one time it got caught in a small area rug..it was a shag style, at the bottom of the stairs. I just picked it up and moved it, and started it again..no issues.
My cats are fascinated with it and follow it everywhere. It's very entertaining . .lol
It returns to the dock when prompted, and its funny really because it seems so depressed when going back to the dock. It slows down drastically, and it acts like its being punished..haha
I have had mine a week and use it several times a day, and I'm so glad I bought one! I downloaded the app and have it on a schedule to clean when I'm not around, and it's been great!

Great addition to a busy life with pets

I love this robot. I schedule it to run from 11 to midnight. It isn't super quiet, it runs into the walls so sometimes I hear it. It docks itself, all I do is empty it in the morning.

Worth the buy!

I love this robot. It does a fantastic job cleaning and with allergy season upon us it pays to have a clean carpet. Easy to program, Emory and clean. I had a Roomba years ago and it broke after about a year and half. They were no help. I vowed not to buy another Roomba.

Clean house

This Shark...hands down...does the best and most thorough job!!! I have given 3 of these as gifts and everyone loves them!! I know exactly what I will be buying myself, when my crazy expensive one finally completely breaks down!! This is an amazing item available at an incredible price!!!

Great and thorough job!!!!

I think for the money it is a great value. It really picks up so much dust and hair I didnt know was lingering. Pretty neat app and that you can set it to go a certain time every day. The only reason I am docking stars is because it does tend to get stuck in areas like goes up onto the base of my fan and gets stuck. It will just go to sleep so if Im not home its not really too much of a concern. I just tried to block the areas it gets stuck. It goes in a kind of random pattern instead of in lines. This doesnt bother me too much because overall It really is a nifty little robot and really helps to keep the floors much cleaner and goes over the carpets and rugs easily. I didnt want to break the bank on a robot vacuum so this was a great option for me. Does the job!

Mrs White is awesome

So far I have used it twice since I got it Sunday. It definitely cleaned out the dog hair better than expected. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have to physically remove it from the charging base myself because it won't dismount on its own. Any advice from other owners?

Cleans great but won't dismount on its own

Pros. It will, eventually, clean the floor.
Will also, eventually, find its way back home.

Cons.
Should be cleaned daily for best use.
Gets stuck regularly on cords, curtains, etc.
Does not appear to 'remember' the layout of the room very well.
The App had to have been written by the lowest bidder. The only function on it that works well, and is worth the trouble of installing it, is the scheduler.
During a single run, it will end up hitting the same spots over and over again, which is especially irritating if it happens to be where you are working.

I wouldn't buy it again.

This Shark is a drunk toddler with a broom

Unfortunately I am not very satisfied with this one. I had one for about 8 years that I loved. This one constantly bumps into everything. At times it doesn't release on its own from the base.

Could be better

Worked for 5 minutes. Emptied the tray and it wouldn't work again. Kept receiving an error message that something was dirty causing it not to suction....literally it was spotless!! Shark customer service was very hard to understand and told me to do everything I had already tried.

BEWARE

Horrible vacuum!!! Will run for maybe 2 mins then it insists that it is full! You then have remove the container and slam it back in, then press the start button 1,673,890 times and then it will run again for approximately 3 seconds!!! As you scream obscenities at it, the stupid thing will continue to beep and insist that it is full again!!! It will also only go in about a 2 ft radius and refuse to go any further!! Waste of money and now I know why it was in clearance!!

P.S. it will scare the toddler into picking up all their toys for fear of the “monster” eating them!

Dumbest robot vacuum
