We just installed vinyl plank flooring in our home and I was looking for something lightweight that would work on dog hair.  This is perfect. I use it every morning for about 15 to 20 minutes and still have battery left.  It has a button to switch from flooring to carpet so it works well on my area rugs also.

My daughter was the first to have this. My other daughter has a robot. The robot doesnt do well close to the walls or under furniture. My 88 year old mothers vacuum broke so I ordered this for her and she is overjoyed w it. I am looking to move and plan to buy one for me after I move. All of us have spine issues, Mom and I have had surgeries. This lightweight vacuum allow some us to clean and be more independent.

Perfect for people who need lightweight vacuum

I have only had this shark cordless pet vac a week , and used it maybe 6-7 times.  However, so far, this has proven to be an excellent purchase.    It picks up crumbs, dirt,  and dog hair so well .   I purchased this because of my shedding dog !   I Love it.   It keeps me from dragging out my huge  central air vac  daily.   It is light weight,  and so easy to use.  II wish the charge would hold a little longer, but , considering its size, weight,  and power, it does an amazing job.    I just plug it  in to recharge after each use!   All the attachments connect and release with such ease and it so easy to use !  Highly recommend.

The best thing I purchased this year!  It is so easy to use and works great!  Worth every penny! Bare floor and rugs, and the charge lasts a long time. Wal-Mart had the best price too. I'm a happy girl!

Yea! Great product finally!

Love it!! I've had it for a few months and the quality is amazing!! I have 3 kids and two dogs. Both shed quite a bit and I have huge area rugs. I'm always amazed at what it picks up!! I vacuum every evening after supper.

Amazing!

Bought this because I thought it would make spot vacuuming easier than the bigger units we already have. And the biggest attraction was that the vac unit can be detached for cleaning crevices in sofas and chairs and messes the grandbaby makes by dropping his chippies and other dry snacks on the floor. And I think is is safe to say this fills all those areas and checks all the boxes. It is a great vacuum with tons of handiness for the little jobs.

Strong vacuum, and very handy

I like thats it cordless so I can go room to room with out having to worry about plugging it in    Its very light weight Wich is nice  but I guess because its battery powered  I dont feel like it has as much suction as my old plug in one.  I have to go over area few times sometime to get it all

Shark cordless

When I first started vacuuming with the Pet Stick I was skeptical about the suction power. Previously I used a Dyson V6 for a couple of years until it fell apart.  The Shark does get the job done. I have tile, hardwood, area rugs and carpet. The tile floor was the most difficult to vacuum. I had to use max power to suck up debris. The carpets were a breeze using the lowest power setting. I don't have any shag carpets. As far as battery charge life, I was able to vacuum about 2000 sq. feet with power to spare.  Emptying the debris is very easy. Re-charging the hand held is a bit of a pain since there is no power dock. The Shark has a pleasant whirring sound, looks cool and I enjoy using it.

Get's The Job Done

The only issue I have, which is an important one, is the strength of the suction. It is quite weak. It is fine for vacuuming hardwood or tile floors, but don't count on the vacuum doing a great job on rugs or carpets. If I had to do it over, I would have spent another $100 to get a better product.

There's a Reason It's One of the Least Expensive.

The design of this vacuum is flawed. I bought a Shark after loving a previous version of this vacuum, but that was a mistake. There is a hose that leads from the head of the vacuum into the tube. It gets clogged constantly with pet hair (so much for a pet stick vac). It's not easy to clean out either. I have to dig up into the head to fish out the clogs almost every time I vacuum. It's messy and a pain. I don't feel like the suction is that great, even in the turbo setting. This vacuum is a huge disappointment, and I would return it in a heartbeat, if I still had the box.
